If it goes cashless, the value of coins would have to go through the roof, specifically low mintage ones, at the moment people are selling collections are a gobsmacking low price due to really needing money, buyer market at the moment.

I hope cash stays around for ever. People want to be aware of what happens when the power goes out or the computers go down. No cards work . I haven't found a 2001 $1 rotation yet. I keep looking. The 1991 $1 was a very nice find. I have found 2 of the 1991 $2 but no $1.

Do you collect pre decimal as well mate?
My old man had been collecting since WW2...
Unfortunately they were stolen in the 90s...so have them insured.
