Your parents have a lovely, comfortable home. I congratulate them. You are such a delight to watch especially how you enjoy life’s blessings-and the little things (like the water faucet). I love the mountains and the snow. Enjoy!!!!
Yes! Now you are experiencing why I live in the mountains! My brother lives in Cary and when I visit there, of course, it is nice but I cant wait to get back home to the mountains! I cant live in the city with all the traffic, noise, and hustle and bustle! The city does have its advantages with lot of activity and things going on but the mountains are magical and peaceful!😄👍
Hey Drew. I'm pleased you got the snow you wanted. It does look good up there. It's very much looking like the UK won't get snow this Christmas. The forecast for Newcastle-Upon-Tyne area is an unseasonal 11°C (52°F) and cloudy on Christmas day.
So nice to see some light snow on your new mountain property Drew! You’re fortunate! Hope it doesn’t snow so much there in the hills that you all get “snowed in “! I also hope the area where you’re living now has good snow removal equipment for the roads! I’m sure NCDOT does good on treating the highways and interstates! I know they do! That absolutely has to be a beautiful acreage where you are! Really happy for you all! Mark in Iowa.
It is good you figured out the hot water issue. Do you understand the protocol for the red smoke detector cover? Was that just to protect the sensor during construction? Should it be removed now, or does it need to be in place when the fireplace is being used? Does it have a thermal sensor so that it can still detect a fire if it is covered? It seems like you could really use a desk at your parent’s house.
Hey hi nice vid...just wanted to give a little advice .... i wanted to say most successful you tubers always treat each vid as if its their only one. Meaning in the beginning they just say a few words about who they are, where they are, how they got there, whats going on...etc...you just smile and say omg omg omg. i was watching this like ooook. You have a great face for you tube, and it looks good too..just like always remember there is always a first time watcher who you want to hit the sub button.

Laylah is so smart she could find the hiders.
The snowy views from all the windows are amazing. We haven't had a white Christmas here in CT for several years.
