My Wife Learned Mutton biriyani in zeera samba rice of traditional southindian side on her own . But regarding basmati rice she found difficult every time we buy chicken biriyani in shops with costly amount i used to tell her to make it perfect and after she saw Bhai Chicken/prawn Biriyani she was really cooking it awesome. It's also called Kolam rice.
Even i want to know what this bullet rice is? Its something that i have not heard about yet.
Bullet is a brand name and the rice is kolam
GTS original bullet is brand name it's a fine raw rice
This bullet rice/Kolam rice is available in Bangalore. No aroma, no sticky. So have to add more masala since doesn't have Jeera rice/Basmati Rice AROMA.
