Langkilde faktatjekker Fox-vært: Her er sandheden om Danmark
    NB:

The Americans (mostly on the right) just don't get that a country can provide free health care and education to their citizens. We, here in Australia, currently have a government that is considered to be on the right however, they support our free health care and education systems. We too have a heavy tax regime but the country is better for it. Good on you Denmark, just keep doing what you are doing. Much respect. Danes speak English so well (at least anyone younger than 60 or 70 years old), that as an English speaker, it can be difficult to learn Danish. The minute Danes know you are not a native Danish speaker, or are an English speaker, they automatically switch to English. I went to get a Covid test the other day, and when they scanned my health card, and my very English sounding name popped up on the computer screen, they only spoke English with me. I only spoke in Danish, but they would only speak to me in English, even after they knew I could speak Danish. I know some English speakers who have lived here for over 30 years and have never even bothered to learn Danish because Danes speak English so well.
