    Best Completed project (almost completed):
    1. ATS Nobility/ ATS Happy Trails
    2. Gaur Saundaryam
    3. CRC Sublimis
    4. Ace Divino
    5. Cherry County/ Apex Golf Avenue
    6. Coco County/ Arihant Abode
    7. Gulshan Baleina/ Nirala Homes(new construction only)
    Overly discussed projects:
    1. Astha Greens: It is good enough project but doesn't deserve a position top 10 list. Could be in top 15 list for sure.
    2. ACE Divino: Much over hyped so avoid if you can.

    Hi, liked the video. One question, which one is better to invest in: Cherry county or Ace Divino? I mean which amongst the 2 has higher chances of appreciation?

      @@puneet6214 I feel like crc sublimis is better among these two because the society is maintained properly also the loading is less , layout is also fine and the location is better than ace divino , ace divino is a bit deserted , whereas near sublimis you can find good societies like ats rhapsody and mall centre opposite the road

      Hey Abhishek, it has been named amongst one of the new good ones. That sector is low density so it’s well connected and calmer than others. Sec 1, GreNo West is a futuristic location. It’s a reasonable choice for people seeking lifestyle amenities and greenery together.

    Few corrections:
    Astha green No oc received
    Apex no registration from last 4 years
    Gaur soundaryam resale is 11k to 13.5k per sq ft
    Ace divino is a good project and the area will develop in the next 5-7 years

      Hey Jatin, these factors about Astha Greens and Apex Golf Avenue were not to be covered here since it’s not a complete review. Gaur Saundaryam has seen a few resales from Rs 9k/SF. Ace Divino is definitely a good project 👍

      Hey Abhijeet, we’ve covered that project in our channel. Overall, it’s a good project in terms of its location. In that lane, this will be high-pay bracket gentry’s product. So, amenities etc. look like they will be of value.

    One slight correction - resale rates in Saundaryam are currently trading at 11-12k per sqft

      Hey Anshu, we have seen a deal go through(in smaller sizes) at prices mentioned in the video. Resale prices are very much dependent on their owners. Yet, you’re right, prices are shooting up in this range too.
