I'm a resident of GC 2 14th Avenue. And trust me I'm already regretting the decision. The current ownership for maintaining the society lies with builder and they are giving us a tough time. The construction quality is poor. Services are poorest. We have been battling poor lift service, hygiene, amenities and ofcourse, the apathy. Even the quality of construction is poor. It's been an year since we shifted here and the entire kitchen looked like a mess. We had to redo everything.
Very True, I have also same problem. Tiles fixing are very bad. Every 2nd tiles sound hollow and after few month it starts cracking also there is big gap between each tiles.
I planned to buy a flat in Gaur City, but after your video, I can't take any risk to buy there. Because the price is too high and you spend a lot of money and you will get this kind of thing. THANK YOU VERY MUCH for making this video for all buyers.
really a genuine review, not sure about Delhi NCR builders but here in Bengaluru quality of flats are really good with A Cat builders like Prestige Brigade Sobha, I agree issues will be there everywhere but the issues u saw were very basic where quality is expected, atleast in these departments u wont face issues here even in 10 year old apartments

Even most of the new socities are looted people money by the name of guard security for example builder create new project in 12 bigha in a gated society where there is a permanent guard and a temple and even a gym, park or community hall so i am living also in that type of society and they charged extra money every month and i am not financially stable yet so i suffer a lot they even call metting anytime and harass me but the house is strongly built they are better then flats.

Kai Brokers to Token Money bhi hadap lete hain. Iske alawa, Puri socity main Bandar aur kutto ka atank hai. Har roz koi na koi incident hota hai. Maintenace itna bekaar hai ki issue resolve hone main mahine lag jaate hain. Aur Staff itna bekaar hai ki har kisi se badtamizi se baat karte hain. Construction quality itni bekar hai ki kuch dino ke andar bathrooms main seepage aane lagi hai. Upar wale flats ki seelan neeche hai aur even false ceiling se ganda paani aane lagta hai. yeh koi ek do flats ki nahi kai flats ki complain hai.

Budget if 2 bhk is between 48 to 55 and it can go upto 60 because this totally depend on the floors and balcony size since few 2bhk comes up either huge balcony space and more if you will go to higher floors price gonna decrease , More lower price will increase and Stadium facing flats are expensive !!
