Lot of people says it's hard , yes it is, but once you start, everything falls in place, it takes around 2-3 hours to fix,
All in all ,it really helped ,I was able to fix under $50 while Motocare wants to charge me $160.
Hardest part was to wedge aluminum cap under on-off button, it took a while

This video is a great guide for how you repair your own phone.
Step one. Put down any plans you had to do this yourself and hire a specialist.
Thank you Moto for making it impossible to repair this phone :D

Great video for showing that you know how to do it. You should overlay some verbage (words) on the screen or nuke the music and describe what you are doing so others could do it for themselves.

I saved my phone following the instructions, very useful 👍. Some dexterity is needed though.

As somebody that has repaired phones for almost 10 years I can say THIS IS NOT EASY, I ripped a ribbon cable for the volume buttons.. take it to a professional repair shop

😂 I'm sorry I'm old hard of sight and would probably mess it all up. There's a lot of little stuff to go in them . Haha 😂 hahahahaha. You are a very talented person and I think you have done that more than once in your life. The link was information packed. Good show ol boy 🤔.

use extreme caution when removing the battery. I've swapped screens on about 5 phones, this one i ripped the battery off the motherboard while following this guy... probably unfixable at this point! beware
