The country has set up a framework to make rail a more affordable, competitive and effective transport mode that provides the backbone of the country's freight logistics, economy and passenger mobility. We need this so badly! I just came back from Europe and travelling between the countries was so easy. It can also unlock tourism between small towns...
I can't wait
Taxi industries and truck owners will destroy rail infrastructure like during lockdown
Which will only benefit the have's as we see with Gautrain! So long as we have the present government what we dream of will never materialise!Number one government must deal harshly with criminality like we saw during the build up to 2010 World Cup where everybody was safe and police were doing their jobs!
Still important. Go to Europe and you will understand the interconnection. I took a train from Paris to Brussels and the comfort was something else. We need this badly
Segregate MEN and WOMEN'S train cars, please. The harassment will be an issue
stop crime first then start with your pipedreams
😂
