@@CombatSportsNerd During the time between arc 4 and 5 he was seen basically everywhere with Beatrice, or young girls like Petra, thus he got the nickname "幼女使い" (By an lugunican journalist iirc) - literally "Little Girl User", a pun on the word for wizard.
One of the WN translation teams used "Lolimancer" to maintain the joke, and it just kinda became a thing.
The MuseAsia subs actually localise it to "Kiddymancer" lol

I'm assuming she's another witch cultist, maybe even the same on at the end of the episode, everybody in the town also starts "just going along with the game" when they're threatening to splatter a kid. So I think it's a little foreboding moment illustrating her mind control abilities.
@@stab456actually I think that “Sirius” could be mother fortuna. She had the same eyes as Emilia along with elf ears and is named similar to Petelgeuse. Also she has the “wrath” witch factor which is the same as the witch of wrath who supposedly knows Emilia’s mom personally. (I suspect it’s her)

This specific scene is actually an anime original. In the light novel they had already met before so they continued the conversation based on that

Though, I can't help and feel that this is also kind of a meta joke, because so many people don't actually know what the text of so many songs is and don't really care either. Me included.
