------ Paolo Emilio - Italian special premium Tier IX destroyer. After the beginning of naval cooperation between Italy and the U.S.S.R., the Ansaldo company prepared a number of ship designs under Soviet orders. An armored scout with a standard displacement of 3,700 tons was among them. The ship had high speed, eight 130 mm guns in four mounts, and armor protection in the form of a full-fledged armored belt and armored deck.

Same family as the Elbing in that regard. WoWs has a lot of unofficial hybrids. Plenty of cruisers play like heavy destroyers imo. Especially the German line.

It IS one. The Captiani Romani class were light cruisers. WoWS for some reason wants it to be something it’s not.

What do u mean "For all practical purposes"? I dont see any practical resemblance with a cruiser. No citadel, no armor to speak of, pitiful gun range and so on.

Theoretically, the difference between a light cruiser and a destroyer is that the destroyer is not built with the reserves to undertake long voyages.

DD are weak, WG pls buff tham, look at this video - player cant make 300k damage at 10 min in game.... Pls up torpedo damage +50% and dagame taken from bb`s nerf in a half....
When i play on dd, i`m assasin, i want that all my kills was devstrike, and stupid bb`s in this game play only to give they HP for dd`s, pls nerf cruisers radar and hydro - it interfere to kill bbs.
