  • The modern society only want to protect the feeling of people and hide the ugly truth. If you want to remain weak, you can lie to yourself all you want and attract other weak people. But if you want to become the best, the greatest you have to fight your insecurities and weaknesses.

theres a difference between being overweight and being obese, obesity is critical as compared to being a little overweight which isn't so hard you can probably still do normal everyday tasks without problem. Personally I am very skinny and I make fat jokes with some of my friends that are overweight and we laugh about it but I have never shamed them for being overweight or anything, its their body and their responsibility and shaming them will just make it worse

Even though I was a very athletic teenager about a decade ago, I was about 247 at 6' on Valentine's Day this year. I saw a female coworker that I had a crush on flirting with another guy when I decided enough was enough. I've always had problems approaching women due to poor self-esteem. I thought then that I was too fat and gross to ever have a chance with a fit, beautiful girl like her. A couple weeks ago, after losing 30+ pounds thanks to months of dieting and exercise, I found the courage to approach that girl. She later told me via text that she was very flattered, but she thought I was getting her number for work purposes and that she had a boyfriend. (Before anybody says anything, yes, lesson very much learned. Don't hesitate to approach someone you like and especially don't ever try to change yourself for a woman unless you really, truly LOVE her and she loves you too.) I decided, even though I was sad mainly due to my own lack of initiative and courage in the past, to go to the gym rather than wallow in self-pity. I wanted to try and run a mile in under 7 minutes for the first time in 10 years, so I hopped on the treadmill. When I saw that I had only a tenth of a mile to go and realized I was going to make it, I literally started crying. Not because I didn't get what I wanted, but because I got what I really wanted: I didn't feel like the fat, gross, weird guy anymore. I could look in the mirror and be proud of the man that I saw. Not only that, I loved myself for everything that I'd done for me, even if it was in pursuit of something that didn't work out. It was a legitimately life-changing moment and it never would've happened if I told myself it was okay to be the way I was.

@@purplepancake58 Hello brother, Thanks for reminding me that I commented on this. I am in a much better place now. In the last 6 months, I have gone on strict diets like Veggies and Protein only to lose weight. I am at my ideal weight now. So currently my focus is on increasing core strength and muscles. I have stopped the calorie-deficit diet and now eating more healthy food for intense workouts. I get to have cheat days now and then. And increasing protein intake helped a lot to not gain weight again. I am planning to run a marathon in the next 2-3 years. People have started to notice the changes and compliment me, but that really doesn't matter cause I am doing it for myself. I have noticed one weird thing, people start to give you more respect in everyday life. Maybe because I have become more disciplined and I have gained so much confidence in the last 1 year. I am much more confident to remove my shirt at the beach now. So there are so many small good things coming along. For anyone else who is overweight, I would say, don't go hard if you can't but just be consistent. That's it!

It's not good to pretend and lie to yourself. It's also not good to live in the negatives and not be forgiving and understanding of the underlying issues. A lot of people soothe through eating. A lot of people hate themselves and don't think they are worth putting in the work to lose weight. Positive reinforcement can help. Things like "I am allowed to be loved" "my weight does not define my worth". Because the bro in the gym with who starves himself because he expects himself to be contest ready all year round has the same issues as the morbidly obese model who doesn't see anything wrong with overeating. Body dysmorphia is no joke.

@@Garvin285 oof I'm not obese. I'm right where my BMI is supposed to be and have a healthy relationship with food. I can see why you'd assume that because I defend the issue of "it's not that easy".
Saying "stop being depressed" doesn't solve depression. Saying "stop eating like a pig" won't either. You're taking out all the underlying issues. When you don't solve those, you're bound to go right back into the old ways. Food is an addiction.

Of course it is not ok to be obese... I know it because I used to be really fat. I was on the verge of developing serious health conditions. I remember not being able to tie my shoelaces and my sleep suffered as well. My life changed when I finally set my mind to the thinking that anything is possible if you decide to do it. I took a meal plan to start with. I created it online, on Next Level Diet, which was super helpful to me. I didn't have to worry about calories, macros, nutrients and all that stuff. I just focused on walking long distances and exercising after I got on a level where I could do some simple workouts. I hope my story will inspire you to do the same. I’m 17 years old and was on the verge of obesity at the start of 2021. I’ve lost more than 20 pounds by the end of the year and am almost at a normal weight level and while 20 pounds may not sound much it was a huge win for me as losing weight was such a struggle. I generally feel much healthier and lots of people have commented on my weight loss and I’ve gotten much more attention by girls. If you’re overweight I can’t tell you to lose weight but it is generally so worth it. Drink much more water, stay away from carbs, start exercising more, refrain from snacking and stop having seconds for your meals. If you still are having trouble then seek mental health care as it’s an addiction, exact same as with drugs and alcohol. Keep up the king shit.

For you who is reading this message , know that God loves you and that he wants you to be saved and happy, nothing in this world like money, fun or popularity can fill the emptiness in your heart, but only his son Jesus who died for you can fill you, you who might not know about him, he knows you more than yourself, you who turned your back to him, he is still waiting for you with his arms open to receive you again, you who fought against him and had done things that are unforgivable in your eyes, he will always see you as his son and he already paid the price for all your sins, even if the world doesn’t forgive you, all that you need is God and everything will be alright, so trust God and only God, no one else, repent from your sins and never go back to them, and the most important thing is that you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior with your voice and your heart, when you do all these things, pray to God and read the Bible(Christian Bible not a Catholic since the Catholic one might’ve changed the word of God to something that it is not God’s word but men’s, so read a christian Bible) so that you get to know God, and when you pray ask God to guide you so that you always walk in his righteousness and that he gives you strength so you don’t fall to sin, and don’t just say I am a Christian and never read your bible or end up not praying, build a relationship with God, read the Bible, fast and pray and be his son not only in words but also in your actions, please listen to this message, today God has showed you grace, to you who might be depressed, empty, are being hated or hates, or maybe you don’t receive genuine love, even you who enjoys or is comfortable with his current life, whoever you who is reading this is, know that God is calling you to give you a future and a hope, in this life and in the eternal life, trust him because he loves you so much that you can’t even understand it, and the time is short, after this message you might day or Jesus might return, so be ready and follow him, for today he stretched his hand to you because he loves you and cares for you, and he doesn’t want you to go to hell, so please go to him, I promise you that it will be the best decision you will do in your entire existence and that God will free you from anything that hurts you, take the love and hope the Lord is giving you and be free, for the best future for your life is in his hands, please make the right choice, for today God has stretched his hand to you who he loves so much that he even died for knowing all the bad things you have done, that is how much love he has and will always have for you, and if you have any way to contact the people on this video please send them this message, it is not good to wish wrong to others and it might not seem like it but some people really need hope and God can change or save someone’s life and give hope to the hopeless by you just sending them this message, thank you for reading, God Bless you always❤️

Buddy you just gotta start. I've spent so much of my life being a pushover for so many people and I've got nothing to show for it. You need to own your life now going forward and get after what you full well know you deserve to have but that won't come without a lot of hard work and dedication. You will have days where you won't want to try, you'll have days where you'll struggle but you gotta push past those mental barriers stopping you from living the life you want to have. I'm only recently back on the saddle after 2 years of poor discipline and bad choices and what gave me my spark to become better was my little girl and this amazing movement of people who are sick to shit of men becoming weak and timid. I'm back on my purpose again and you can bet I won't be stopping for anyone ever again after so much of my life being spent people pleasing and putting everyone else ahead of my own well being. It's only when you learn to love and look after yourself first and foremost, will you then be able to look after those around you and that's something I wish I had learned 10 years sooner. You're not alone in this journey buddy and you can definitely reach your goals if you want them bad enough! Keep moving forward and don't let anyone ever tell you again that you can't accomplish anything you want to in life. Put in the work every single day, rest when you need to but then get right back on it again. You've got this bud! 🤜🤛

@Lyba 🦋 yea I don't doubt it man. In the military I would struggle keeping up with those 20-40 pounds lighter than me. I would always finish the mileage goal but not as fast.
Lifting however I would abuse my weight advantage and lift enormous weight.
I was deadlifting 675 at 220lbs. At my biggest in army, they had me drop down back to 208 and then I maintained a 200lb bodyweight all year round.
      My bench was at 405-425
My squat was only a measly 565 as I couldn't squat too much since since running qoyld fry my legs. That's another thing, post workout soreness for a guy with big muscles is a nightmare. My legs felt like they were heavy after running. The lighter guys could jog all day.

    Here's an advice.
The worst is pretending you are going to improve by blaming everyone and don't caring about doing something for yourself.
This is not even for the aesthetic look, you must get strong mentally and physically, it's the hard work your only chance to stop the vice of eating junk all day, or drinking a lot, or even being bullied by turds, if you see so many guys and girls became ripped and in shape, and going from over 300 or even more pounds to a lot less, why you would hate to change your Grindset and try it? Why blaming invisible enemies, when you can achieve success by understanding your only enemy is you, look at the mirror and if you don't like what you see start something to change that. You'll be healthier, more hopeful about life, confident, I wish spiritual became important too in you, but once you start caring about a discipline (workout, running, walking, swimming, or any other sport) you'll be better.
Love yourself and don't take any change as impossible and if people wants to start with them "Oh you're just too fat, or too lazy, or too skinny, or too bad for something" fuckin' ignore those shitty comments, must people who never really put effort on things will tell you you don't worth and it will be pointless, but is them own example what they took to try to make you feel bad about whatever you start trying to became a better guy/girl.
So go on, motivate to reach all what you deserve, be healthy, be positive, trust yourself, fight the bad energy and submission thoughs and start by one step at a time brah.
    😉😉💪

i shared my weight loss journey on my channel. I was also obese since i was a kid until i graduate highschool and the thing is that i was never bullied, i have a great circle of friends, etc. etc. so i didnt see the need to do something about it, however when i was in my second semester of senior highschool i gained a significant amount of weight to the point that my uniform no longer fit, still i need to wear those since theyre specifically tailored for each student and i have to wait if i order a new one, i was also struggling to walk upstairs and i would sweat like crazy. until quarantine happened, i decided to try losing weight, but i wont do any crazy diet, just try to be more active while im at home, i started doing some cardio and slowly reduce the food i ate as well as the drinks, and almost two year later i couldnt be more happier because it was all worth it, i lost around 30kg and currently building my muscles back again since i wasnt able to incorporate any weightlifting when i was on my diet.

You keep saying no it's never gonna happen if you don't get up and move your ass. I have constantly had an internal debate with myself over my life, but even then my own (something) doesn't wanna succumb to it, so instead of lying down and dying, I keep fighting... The reason why i say "(something)" is because I still don't know what it is that kept driving me since I was 13 years old to not end my shitty life as it was, I really don't know what I'm looking for, but I still fight against letting myself fall down an abyss.

From my personal experience I used to always wish that I would have my dream body. I wished that the fat on my body would magically disappear. I used to hate looking at myself. I wasn’t anywhere near obesity but I was pretty chunky. So after a while that wishing turned into anger and I was now angry with my self. But then I realized that before you train to change your appearance you have to accept who are. You have to love who you are. But this doesn’t mean you just give up. This means to stop be lazy and start working hard. So now after working for 2 years or so I’m no longer fat but nowhere near my max potential. I don’t have a goal physique anymore. I just want be the best I can. Now it’s your turn to start your journey.

Yeah you need a wake up call from someone or from yourself: “You are lazy, get the fuck and do the shit” or “Stop making excuses for being happy or motivated to do the work or the fun”
But in the other hand if you get that message it also might lead to (i think its called) burnout or depression (depression is definded complicated).
