I think the single black looks better and highlights the green border. The double black seems to overshadow the green so it isn't very noticeable. Really liking the brick wall!

I love it! We got new paint and are not allowed to put anything up up on the walls for a month and then we are not to staple, hammer or poke the walls. We can use the stickie putty and maybe Command hooks. The paint is awesome though.
I was contemplating getting plants for my classroom, I have pothos in my home and I love the look of them. The brick looks lovely. I like the homey, sophisticated look of your classroom environment, very appropriate for 4-6.
I love the brick and the plants. I am going for the a calming vibe this year as well. I am adding alot of plants and trying to simplify my decor this year.
Not sure if you have kids that occasionally need to calm down and need time out to do so, but a few sand garden trays in front of those windows would be amazing, they would fit with that natural vibe of your room and are so relaxing, they could be used to calm and relax but also as a reward, i love the raking of the sand and making patterns and find it soothing, not sure if thats an option or would work, but would be a nice addition and something different

I am even excited to share with you that I have recieved my high school schedule and I will be taking 5 college classes equaling 19 credit hours that actually go into my elementary program at the college I want to attend!!!

This is my first year teaching so I'm doing ALL the things! I just finished up all my organizing (for now) and decorating and I love the way it turned out! Your brick looks good! Since I can get into my room anytime I want, my room is basically done. I never change it. I still love my map/international decorations with blue boards with blue border. I have posters of different countries and each table group is named after a country with that country’s map on the table basket.

Your wall is AMAZING and the double borders are not gaudy :) but your room is super awesome and you have so many great ideas and I'm glad I can watch your videos to help prepare me for my future teaching career!!

Hi I am loving the wall. About how many rolls did it take? I want to put the confetti themed on my main wall. I do know I have one, long half of the wall length, board and a bulletin board, square one. Our walls are about 10 to12 foot tall. Thank you
