Hare Krishna !!
Try out this Ekadashi Special Dates Burfi or Fudge which has a perfect nutty flavour of dates and nuts without any sugar or jaggery.
Servings - 700gm
500gm seedless dates
1 cup grated dried coconut
1 tsp ghee
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup chopped cashews
1/4 cup chopped pistachios
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp ghee
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp dry ginger powder
Garnish it with some pumpkin seeds
Some dried rose petals
Some chopped pistachios
Some grated dried coconut
