- We had the honor to step inside the oldest Bougatsa Bakery Shop in Chania and watch the bakers how they're making their famous sweet treat. It was fascinating to watch how they stretching the paper thing dough into shape. Fold it in some cream and bake it in the oven until brown and crispy.

its a cream made out of milk, fine semolina flour, sugar and vanilla powder.
