    Mr. Okereke, you may have literally saved my life. My pharmacy double prescribed a med which made me very anxious and very manic for the six weeks that I took it. Halfway through I was ready to take my life. I was able to relax and breathe with these meditations, and needless to say, I am still here! The error was just found and now that I am unwinding from all that, it is so peaceful to let those muscle spasms, relax and catch up on some of the sleep that I lost. Forever grateful.🙏 Namaste.

    you have a relaxing voice and I usually choose only to do silent meditation

    Absolute trance like state for me. I couldn't clench a fist nor move my legs and still cannot get of the chair. Just writing this was a task. WELL-DONE Chibs Much love from Downunder 🥰🤗
