Billy has, and will continue to block people that are there to help him: teachers, driving instructors, work supervisors , ... Rather than do the work it's easier for him to find excuses and blame everybody else. He's his own worst enemy.

This lad exemplifies everything that is wrong with the youth of today. If I were Abby I would refuse to teach him, he won't learn if he doesn't listen and accept criticism. Without a change of attitude, he's never going to pass a test. Abby had the patience of a saint, he tried really hard in this lesson, he's a good instructor but he hasn't got much to work with 😂

I admire your patience with Billy The Goat and based on his attitude to driving would remove him with immediate effect from your driving school. I would also recommend he takes driving lessons with another driving school where he would receive short thrift and removed.

Here's an interesting thought for Billy The Goat:
F1, Rally racing drivers always have both hands on the steering wheel, sitting upright when racing at speeds above 220 mph (F1 racing drivers)140 mph for rally drivers for better control.
Stubborn Billy The Goat however struggles to drive out of 1st gear at 10 mph, poor car control driving with one hand and reclined on the driving seat on a busy high street.
This is all the improvement he has shown on several TH-cam clips mainly due to his immaturity, lack of concentration, poor listening skills and stubborness.
Maybe it's time to move on Billy ....

I’ve watched over 50-100 driving videos with different drivers, learners and instructors over the last month and Billy’s attitude stinks more than anyone I’ve ever seen.
Forget his driving skills/ lack thereof, he needs to be more respectful to you as a human being and an instructor. It’s cringey as hell.
