Something that I'm confused about... do we live in the colleges then have to travel to some main university center to attend lectures? Or do we live and study in the same place?
It's "centre" in the UK. And yes, people from all colleges will attend lectures in university buildings, e.g. the Mathematical Institute for maths students, but attend tutorials in their own colleges..
