I can’t remember where I read it but I read somewhere that there was a mistake in translation in multiple parts but it was too late to fix since they already mass printed it. Idk if that’s true tho

The word “homosexual” was entered into the Bible in 1946. Literally less than 100 years ago.
I learned this on the channel God is Grey. I was like thank Frank! But sometimes I worry if being gay really is a sin. I think I'll look into it, but I can't find any bibles online that have the original Hebrew text, cause I think all the bible translations about homosexuality have taken over the original condemnation against pedophilia.

I’ve had people tell me I’m going to Hell for being a lesbian but jokes on them, the Bible only talks about homosexual men. When I point that out they always just freeze and don’t know how to respond and it’s honestly so funny

Growing up in a Christian household, I was taught to never ask questions about anything LGBT related. Needless to say I identified as bisexual (I use a queer now, as an all encompassing term), it definitely can make you feel lonely, when you can't talk about such things.
That's a shame but I guess they tried to protect you. If they said it's okay you'd possibly turn from christianity. If they said no you'd probably hate yourself or them for the rest of your life. Having urges in your head is something you can't control but how you act upon those urges is how you fight sin. God bless.
