Nice video. Good on AIS. Frankly the passage and locales dictate safety gear and plan. A bucket and hand bilge pump small nerf football and wooden bungs for thruhulls heavy sheet plastic should be in ekit. Ditch bag and EPRIB or PLB handheld vhf.

Thank you Michael for all the recommendations, I guess I should've stage just the electronics that we have. We do have additional safety measures as well including things you suggested as well as flares. Thank you for watching!

You should have a PLB and spot for other adventures as well. Safety is paramount on water from a farm pond to Atlantic

Gaye, I saw on a previous episode where you and Robert had opened up the areas of the v birth, dug out the floatation.. giving more storage. Is there a possibility that you could either do a short video or post pictures on your results. Thanks much.

I wish we had actual photos for you, we honestly cleaned it out entirely, no fish left what so ever and created a bunch of storage for us. It was a very messy job but with it. Thank you for watching!

Hello John it often depends on the size of the antenna ours is 40 nautical miles. Thank you for watching and taking the time to ask questions.
