Enjoyed this video. It reminded me of a New Years Day trip catching squid off the Edmond Pier. The local people were very helpful in showing a squid jig. I caught enough for a calamari fry for the whole family. That was 30 yrs ago. Looks like it’s still a great time

Nice! I think this should be near the end of the season this month, but I'm still seeing some success reports. Only one way to find out!

Do look for the squid first on the fish finder or do you wait for the squid school to pass?
I look for the fleet of boats and squid there lol
