- BumbleBee is down plus Uber has a new reservation policy for drivers. Waiting for parts, especially for Cadillac it seems, is hurting more drivers than we know. I'll be out another 3 days still at least (10 total) plus Uber is rolling out their new reservation cancellation policy for drivers so be aware of the new guidelines!!

Sorry to hear your car is down. That’s why I didn’t trade my old car or other car when I got the new Sienna. I still have my 2016 Prius V as a back up. If something happens to the Sienna. I can keep driving. I just flip the insurance over to the other one for Rideshare.
I still have Kitty, my 2015 Caddy CTS but it only qualifies for X now so no way will I burn her up for these very low rates. You did the smart thing by holding on to the Prius!!!
No rolling loud.... only the biggest festival of the year.... SO BIG that my fleet owner drove his bullet proof down to florida to drive down there. Surely you can rent something.
Nah, not worth it to rent for just a weekend. There are no guarantees unless you hook up with private clients and a driver would be foolish to operate with the extra insurance during this particular music weekend, this crowd can get extremely out of pocket.
This is the second car I have heard of where they have to connect a memory saver before changing the battery.
It is stupid to have that system in the first place

Ummmmm, I have no way of monitoring the cars vitals like temp, tire pressure and fuel. Plus , turn signals are out as well so it would be unsafe and you know hand signals might start a damn war in these streets LOL!!

No. They are not. This dude drives his car for service everyday and it's got 118,000 miles on it already. On top of that they admitted at the dealership that they probably created the problem when they changed the battery not following protocol. By the way, if he got that many miles out of his original car battery, that's pretty incredible in itself.
Most electrical parts are from overseas, farmed out for manufacturing and while some cars are assembled here it's still mostly a waiting game for parts. I should have mentioned Canada and Mexico in the video as well which still means waiting. The sticker in the door says "proudly assembled in Tennessee but we know LOL.
@@ashes2ashes863 actually, the problem wouldn't have happened if they would have never hooked up the memory machine AND the guy didn't wacked the fuse smh. It was a chain reaction, one of those unfortunate events. Also, I keep my vehicles in really good shape, constant maintenance and smart driving with 70% of those miles being highway miles. I get 70k out of my tires alone. If we don't take care of these vehicles then they can't take care of us.
