    Dear Sir. I have a similar (sua 3000a) inverter also services badly by someone else. It is missing 2 ic over 3. It only has the tl 494. Anya Idea what are the other ones ? Thanks.

    Hey, What does that Variable resistor do? In the top left of the inverter(color=Orange). Can we set the battery's low voltage by ourselves with that variable resistor? Please reply

      Hi thanks for your comment
      If you reverse the polarity of the battery poles, it is certain that the internal fuses have failed and must be replaced, and in order to replace them in this model, you must open the device, remove the transistors stabilizers and completely remove the board B from the metal casing. Note if you do not have experience in dealing with This type of device, and you have not previously maintained this type of device or any similar device, take the device to a professional because this type of device produces deadly and dangerous electricity I hope that I have answered your question. Same inverter my inverter still produces 350v but the high voltage mosfets gate only one of them have signal whats the problem on my board ist the lm324 ic or tl494? Itriedto replace the tl494 and its still the same

    • @circuitblog01
      @circuitblog01  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi thanks for your question. In fact, the presence of 350 volts on the poles of the filter capacitors means that the converter circuit is working fine, but according to your words, the absence of a signal at the MOSFET gates means that there is a problem. Either with the tl494 controller or with one of the elements in this circuit. Check all the elements carefully And replace the tl494 with a new one and the problem will be solved I hope I answered your question .

    I have the same inverter and I'm facing a problem with
    My battery is fully charged but the output of the inverter is only 94 volts instead of 220!
    Is there any suggestions?

    • @circuitblog01
      @circuitblog01  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi, thank you for your question. According to the fault you mentioned, I expect that there is a malfunction in the shoper output circuit, such as a disconnection or a break in the board. You must remove the cover and check the output of the transformer at the poles of the smoothing capacitor. The voltage should be from 290-310, less or more by 5% And after this step you can narrow the problem.
      ☡ Please, this device contains a high voltage and is fatal. If you do not have previous experience in maintaining or dealing with this type of device, it is preferable to take it to an expert person.
      I hope i this help

      Hi thanks for your comment
      First of all this model is an inverter not a charger
      The second thing for what you are saying a beep sound is indcation for a
      1. A low power battery will do this sound so to check the inverter just hook it up to a new battery that you know is good and have a good charge in it and turn it on with no load and see what will happen if it works that is ok if not than this mean that you have a proplem in out put mosfet you need to open the unit and test them (irf 740)
      Notice this unit is made to make 220v ac and this voltage can kill you if you dont have knowledge with Electricity and you do not know how to deal with these devices, please take the device to a specialist to do an inspection or repair if necessar

      As for the maintenance of the inverter its possible as long as the board is in acceptable position if there is a burning board and I mean here a strong burn must be removed and re-linked lost trace by using a jumper wires and compared with another device of the same brand and you have to test the trans and other parts in order to see the blown part

      Thank you. I have subscribed. The three transistors hy1906 (two pieces) and fdpo47an seemed to be the only ones that were damaged but the board where the center DC transistor (hy1906) trace is burned.
      Are there any alternative transistors for those two?
      Do you have an email address where I can send you an image of the blown part?

      Hello again
      1. this model does not have a cpu. There is an IC generating oscillation signal TL494, and it controls the transistors and the MOSFET.
      2.the output on the poles of the capacitors before the current conversion circuit from a dc to ac is 325 to 350 volts. That is normal
      You can check the frequency by using a Frequency meter and by using the oscilloscope and by measuring the multiple voltages
      On the tl494 pins.
      3. Check and verify all the elements, resistors and transistors with the conversion circuit from dc to ac and from
      tl 494 in this section and check the mos fet
