Permissions were obtained by the crew to film in all locations associated with this series. No animals were injured, killed, or removed from their natural habitat in the filming of this program and instances where animals are brought to the scene are clearly acknowledged in the video. Professional advice should always be sought before entering any dangerous environment, or before encountering any species of animal. Every precaution is taken to handle animals with care and in the least stressful way possible; expert opinions are often solicited when handling animals that may potentially inflict harm to any cast and crew.

You should go to Tasmania and set up a camera trap. You could get photos of the orange bellied parrot, Tasmanian devils, and if there’s still a small chance it’s still alive, a Tasmanian tiger. Imagine if you rediscovered a thought-to-be extinct species!

I think the crew should try to get a camera trap picture of a pangolin next because they are almost exclusively nocturnal and very seldom seen, so a camera trap will probably be your only chance of spotting one in your life. It would also make a great conservational awareness episode for the BW TH-cam channel due to the fact that pangolins are endangered and are constantly being poached because of their valuable meat and protective keratin scales.

    Hi Coyote
My name is Max (5 years old), my brother and I love watching your channel every week.
We live in Tasmania, Australia and have lots of cool animals that are exclusive to our part of the world like you found in this episode of Costa Rica.
We think you should visit our state and head out into the western wilderness which is relatively untouched. Who knows what you will find!! But certain you will at least capture a Tasmania Devil - or the possibility of our “extinct” Tasmanian Tiger which many groups and photographers have been trying to prove still exists for years! There are recorded sightings just no proof!
We can’t wait to see which elusive animal you try to capture next!

Comment from Seth (my son): I think you should use the camera trap to get a photograph of a jaguarundi! They are an endangered species (so very rare), but still exist in Mexico-and there are a few left in the very tip of Texas, near the border. They are very unique cat. They use 13 calls, like purring, whistling, chattering, and chirping. They can also swim! Jaguarundi are not well documented, so it would be really amazing if the camera trap could get a picture of this cool cat.

Mario you are one of my biggest inspiration along with coyote ofcorce and you should do another trap as you never know you might a meleistic jaguar and if you do it remember that thousands of more people will do it including me and the lifelong bond with animals will form leading to an increase in wildlife donation and increase in rarer and rarer animals giving a sign and they no longer will beunder appreciated making a difference in the world

I think you should try to catch a wolverine in the wild on camera. Your video of you meeting a captive wolverine was such a cool one and clearly something you’d dreamed about for such a long time. A wolverine in the wild would be even better considering how elusive they are.

That was amazing , the ocelot was so beautiful, and frog was really cool. To me any animal would be cool because I love animals in general , and I love how you guys educate us all the time on different species of them. But If I had to choose one, would be a Jaguar , they are such beautiful cats .

I Coyote and Mario! Cool episode! And I think that catching a puma/mountain lion on camera would be cool. In this episode you went into the Coasta Rican rainforest, but I think that catching a picture of an animal in the mountains would be cool to because it's a different ecosystem. Also, there are pumas in Coasta Rica and Canada so there are a good amount of places in North America to find them. Plus, I think that catching a mountain lion in a photo like in this episode would be a step up even higher than the Ocelot!

I think a cool animal to feature on the camera trap would be the caracal! They’re a medium-sized wild cat species that live in Africa and the Arabian Peninsula. Caracals are mainly nocturnal (like the ocelot) and are very secretive. They are hardly seen, so getting one of these beautiful creatures on camera would be amazing!
