He had no choice but to take a loan out and has now spent £thousands on solicitors / barristers fighting for contact to his children to take place as well as to clearing his reputation. He is now homeless and fortunately he still has his job where he has been employed now for over 28 years. His partner gets legal aid. In your experience is my son fighting a losing battle? His children are his world! These people must be stopped. So many parents are losing out being ordered no contact or rights to their child / children - their partner alienating their child / children against them! It is just so unjust! My son has a fact finding hearing now listed early next year (February) - due to backlog caused by covid.

Unfortunately your son is fighting a loosing battle; Family courts are gulags that are anti family and destroy the relationship between the kids and the entire father’s family. Your son should just wait until the kids grow up and realize the narcissistic parent. Else your son will end up bankrupted and emotionally devastated.
You missed a silver bullet....The Home Rights Notice! My wife was not on our mortgage because I bought my family a big house and mortgaged until I was 69. As my wife is older than me, we could not get a mortgage if she was on it as there was a limit of 70. The home rights notice, gives her more rights than me, even though I am financially responsible for the house. I have been stuck on the Standard Variable Rate for two years, which is currently 6.5%, making my mortgage payment £2250, and leaving me (currently) six months in arrears. And she has NO accountability! a HOME RIGHTS NOTICE is just wrong! ....BROKEN UK JUSTICE SYSTEM!
