    I'd be cautious when hurrying to call anybody a prodigy. We heard the same thing about Will Pucovski and where are we 12 or 13 concussions later

    • @properformancecricket
      @properformancecricket  ปีที่แล้ว +47

      Thanks Juan, It's all about how you define the word prodigy. Just because someone got concussed many times doesn't mean he wasn't streaks ahead of his peers at a certain time. You're right there are no certainties in life or cricket but this youngster is scoring more runs than anyone his age for a long time.

      @properformancecricket  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Stowerslemalu Well define the term "Prodigy" for me then. He is in a select group of young players that is well ahead of the rest of his peers. Debuted for NSW at 18 and has looked the part. At the time of this post he had scored more runs than any other 16 year old in the history of competitions that have been running since 1936 (Greenshield). At the same age had scored many more First Grade hundreds than Michael Clarke and Steve Smith. The kid is super talented whether you use the term prodigy or not he's got a bright future ahead of him. Nothing is guaranteed in this game but he's as well placed as anyone at his age to succeed.

      @@properformancecricket there is talent there obviously not doubting that, I know at 17 i aint doing that that ( or now for that
