I think you are a genius, you might think about making a library ladder so you can access your upper shelves and cabinets! I love everything you show.
I really like that you went with the baskets up top. It's nice to see a bit of the beautiful wallpaper peaking through. Also seems more practical to be able to pull down a basket when you need to access what's inside and keeps you from over stuffing with items that you might otherwise forget about. The warm white also makes it seem more like a vintage piece and I think it looks better than a shiny bright white. Overall really love how this DIY turned out. Well done!
I'm an Irish girl living in the US now and I just discovered a site that converted all the Farrow and ball (english) colors to Benjamin Moore colors! Was thrilled ☺ it's the little things. Just found you on here today too! Fabulous ideas!
This is such a good idea - you wouldn't know it was three pieces of Ikea furniture! The colour is gorgeous and consistent, as are the handles! One thing I would add is a piece of trim wide enough to cover over where the 2 Kallax pieces meet - but overall amazing job!
I wouldn't have looked twice at that base unit. The expression one man's trash is another man's treasure springs to mind. You've made a fabulous job and I love, love, love the paint colour you chose. You're so talented. New subbie here. xx
Perfect , inspired to the hilt , I need this finally after 2 weeks moving all the cupboards around and emptying and sorting everything.... I have an empty medium sized storage cupboard that I'm going to use for my diy / craft room, hardly Fromm to swing a cat 😳oh sorry Blondie and Pepsi... But it my space . It became a stunner, Catherine. Love how it looks like it always been there. I have the smaller higher version of it. Didn't survive the last move. My oldest repaired it and now it's in my shed holding all the garden tools. My drawers don't hold that much as yours though. Heavy stuff broke the bottom. The repair was done with light wood, looks lovely too. I am all for recycling and for free is the best.;>D

Benjamin Moore paint has been around a very long time in the states, when we painted our living room and our bedrooms, we used that paint brand. I hope you were able to find it near you! 😁
Also remembered about the power tools, I think a good idea is a large pinboard, good example is DIY DANIE in her new she shed, would be amazing in your office ‘in your own style’ especially if you can do it within your wardrobe.

When folks put their items on the side of the road in front of their home, I take my time to check over and then load it into my SUV. Hiya, there actually is a middle leg that comes with the Hemnes sideboard, you can't see from the video, but there is a middle leg to support the weight, its at the mid/back. Thanks for watching!
Here in Cyprus most of the houses come with built in wardrobes that go right up to the ceiling which in some cases can be 10 foot tall especially if you have a vaulted ceiling. Because of this my craft room has plenty of storage room. My daughter boughts tge very same drawers that you got for free. I was amazed at how much craft stuff she could store in them. You did a great job 😍

That looks so good, Katherine! We had a water leak in my craft room last year and I had to move everything out like you did. What a disaster. EVERYTHING had to come out, the desk, table, storage cabinets, computer, everything in the closet. And then the other room was a hot mess because everything from the craft room went in there. But it does feel good to have everything organized when you're done. I gave you a cheeky thumbs-up 😊😸

I love what you did with the pieces. My only comment has to do with the desk and the pieces by the desk. Please repaint them the same colour as you used on the Hemnes and Kallex as then your office/craft room would look all put together.

Girl got skills. Beautiful . I may have removed the bottom legs to lower it a tad or removed bottom 2 drawers & added short gold legs and you could add pantry style cabinet on sides. That is the only thing I may have done differently. Love the paint I want to paint my travel trailer cabinets from brown to a soft white. This white is perfect. I know what paint to get. Excellent work.

That warm white was such a good choice. I couldnt tell from the bucket, but the moment you applied it over the primer, i felt the entire mood change.
