    Crispy Cheesy Pav~
    Eating Indian Street food is an experience you will never forget. It is an inexplicable and indescribable feeling. Street food is a way to a person's heart in India. We all know that a lot of us are holding onto the memories of those street food dates and ineffable feelings at this time. So, we know inevitably that Crispy Pav with Cheese is a basic snack that can be savoured all around the year. It is an ideal alternative to the conventional pav recipe, which can be savoured as a snack or meal for lunch or supper. Crispy Pav with Cheese is a mouth-watering and spicy Street food. It is made by stuffing a spiced rich onion, tomatoes, corn and capsicum filling inside a butter-loaded pav. We can enjoy this scrumptious dish hot as a starter or evening nibble. Also, before you say it, yes, It's tastes like sandwich as a portion of the ingredients is something similar like onions, tomatoes, capsicum, and corn. Yet, it is served differently.
    Ingredients:
    ● ½ cup sweet corn ( frozen /fresh )
    ● ½ green capsicum chopped finely
    ● ½ red capsicum chopped finely
    ● ½ yellow capsicum chopped finely
    ● ½ big onion chopped finely
    ● 1 cup small cubes paneer (cottage cheese)
    ● 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
    ● 2 tbsp mayonnaise
    ● 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
    ● ½ tbsp chilli flakes
    ● ½ tbsp oregano
    ● 1 tsp pepper powder
    ● Black Salt as per taste
    ● 8 pav
    ● ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
    Ingredients For Garnishing:
    □ melted butter
    □ ½ tbsp oregano
    □ ½ tbsp chilli flakes
    Method:
    ◇ Take a bowl add all the above vegetables , dry spices , paneer ,mayonnaise tomato ketchup and mix well.
    ◇ Make horizontal and vertical cuts in the pav.
    ◇ Stuff the vegetable stuffing in between the cuts made in the pavs.
    ◇ In a baking tray place all the stuffed pav and brush them with the butter.
    ◇ Grate some amul cheese all over the stuffed pav and sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes.
    ◇ Preheat the pan for 5 mins.& then bake for 10 mins OR Bake at 180 C for 10-15 minutes or till the cheese melts on the top.
    ◇ Remove in a serving plate.
    ◇ Serve this yummy cheesy stuffed pav hot as an appetizer for parties.
