    Unless there is undisclosed info, the dealer will be taking care of this; they just don't know it yet.
    BTW - Most people don't make enough money for it to make sense spending so much money on a pickup truck.

    I hate this happened to this young fellow first thing he needs to do is fire his attorney and get one that's going to keep the lawsuit moving. The dealership should have never been able to attach to his lawsuit. And the road superintendent not too long ago went before the budget committee wanted to get everyone raises at the highway department and you've got 20 year old kids going out and buying $70,000 pickups I think they're doing okay.

    So who's in possession of said truck the insurance company that paid off the original owner, the county, the Stealership why can't they make this gentleman whole

      Once fraud was determined, the bank could have bounced the contract, and released him from the loan. Seen it happen.
