TT always blamed the Team in interviews when it was a bad game and never took a failure on his side. Bayern should be glad to be without TT. Vincent seems to be a good Match

Kompany ist unglaublich sympathisch und hat eine sehr angenehme und ruhige Art.
Ich drücke ihm wirklich ganz fest die Daumen und hoffe wirklich, dass er die Möglichkeiten und vor allem die Zeit vom Verein erhält, die er benötigt.

Es ist schön zu sehen, wie Kompany seine Philosophie in das Spiel einbringt und aus jedem Spieler das Beste herausholt. Anfangs war ich skeptisch, aber inzwischen glaube ich, dass uns eine großartige Saison mit ihm als Trainer bevorsteht. Yes it was just Rottach-Egern but I think you already could see how he potentially wants to implement a more offensive football against opponents that are defending deep. Sure against counters there is still some work to be done but I think we will see a 3-4-3 with the ball and a 5-4-1 against the ball
