I can get my diesel golf tdi down to 9mpg flat out on a hill according to the mpg display thingy, not for long though, but I bet if u ran this flat out u could piss through the fuel! Sounds awesome.

I know you have different pump and engine. That dyno video was an example. Ive got om606 and om603 engines too. Our pumps doesnt need high fuel pressure, like Dieselmekens pumps does need like 3bar pressure. Its all about good flow, not pressure. If you have the same original unmodified lift pumpu and lines on om605 or om606 you wont make any more power on each of them, the lift pump and lines limits the power. Om606 wont give any more maxpower than om605 with the same amount of fuel... or fuel lines and lift/feed pump wont deliver any more with different IP. Did you mean you have modified your lift pump or INJECTION pump? ONLY WAY TO GET MORE FUEL FLOW TO INJECTION PUMP IS MODIFYING YOUR FUEL LINES OR GET BETTER FEED PUMP. Mynädiesel recommends to upgrade fuel lines and feed pump even with their 7mm 170cc IP, because original fuel system wont flow enough to use all the capasity of the injection pump. I cant understand how your injection pump makes your fuel lines to flow more... Please explain, im curious. Sorry for bad typing, i skipped my English lessons.
This is the mechanical pump conversion the pumps range from £600-£1400 depending on options, this car is running a stock exhaust manifold and fuel supply system also and still makes massive power!!!

Trust me. Those numbers aint true. If you got stock fuel lines and filter you cant get more than 450-470 flywheel horses. That is a fact and its been tested many times here in Finland. When you want more power you need to upgrade bigger fuel filter and fuel lines, then you can get like 500hp+ with stock lift pump. When you gonna go more like 550-600hp then you have to upgrade lift pump too, Holley hp150 is good and cheap. With Holley and 10mm fuel lines you can get over 700hp.

Stock lines and lift pump and ran out of fuel, numbers 460hp 680nm. Hi you realise i am using a different engine and injector pump?? Which does make a big difference. Some pumps cannot make power without high feed pressure. I have a LOT of experience with this and helped to create a fuel pump that specifically is designed to make big power on stock fuelling systems. I could explain why yours and others will not do what mine did but then i'd be giving away the secrets. Keep up the good work!!

Ex. manifold will not cause engine failure, it may limit power and raise underbonnet temps a little but that's all.

It does, air enters the turbo through the filter, goes through the intercooler and into the engine.
have you done any mods to the internals in that engine or are they stock. its rumored these can handle 400+hp on standard internals. is it true :))

Black smoke racing use standard internals; they have e90 blower and hx40 or 45 turbo and 600+bhp I think!

Those numbers aint true. 500hp is not possible with stock trans pump and fuel lines. The max with stock fuel system is around 440-470hp.
