    I've been doing siu nim tau followed by 200 chain punches, but lately motivation has been lagging on the last part. This is probably just what I need.

    DUUUUDE…. I have been trying to think of ways to incorporate a Wing Chun style training session, compared to a boxing/kickboxing gym session.
    This could be a great warm-up before hitting the forms, chi sao, wall bag, etc…
    And using this type of HIIT, you can create all sorts of Wing Chun combinations!!

    Thanks,is it better to put more hips in knee punch,like in muay thai or is the diferent in w.t.

    • @UltimateMartialArtsAcademy
      @UltimateMartialArtsAcademy  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It depends on the situation. Sometimes the hips should go first, other times together whenever you want to crash into the opponent.

    Will we be using this as a warm up pre-class ? I know we do some (1/3-1/2) of it already.
