Nigeria needs affordable high rise apartment infrastructure for middle and lower class citizens....not just railways, bridges and roads.
Build cities like in Europe or Asia with paved roads, sidewalks with underground drainage systems, not opened gutters. Cities must have garbage and sewage treatment plants. Electric wires must travel underground within cities. There should be water purification plants from rivers to supply water directly to homes for cooking and bathing. Projects should not be abandoned and left unfinished. Don't build cities on one side and slums on the other. Everything should be modernized. We need to change our mindset! There should be green parks and green areas in every city.

Wow! Akwa Ibom State is probably one of Nigerian ingenious and unique states. Most projects in the state are usually carried out by the state government with little to nothing from federal government.

Igbos should stop buying properties in Lagos and Abuja, invest in Igbo land; go to Lion Business Park Enugu State and invest or invest in the New Enugu City. Avoid anything that involves Federal government.if you can't, take your money to other countries where your investment would be safe. Forget Nigeria, it's a useless countty. We're not one and we can never be one. All the politicians knows this, only some useless citizens are stupidly optimistic.

East is a GEOGRAPHICAL reference of a location. Even the so called Eastern (aka Igbo majority) states are more South, South Central than South Eastern. If you are still in a daze abiut what I said, get a map sir.
This unthinking ignorant mix up of "geopolitical" and geographical representation is a political way to divide historically linked peoples and culturally related groups.
But if you want to leave your thinking caps in the toilet, that's fine too. Welcome!

On the contrary, the 2nd Niger bridge is well designed.
the river is not deep enough for panamax class ships however smaller vessels or badge can conveniently pass through..
there is no sea port as well that calls for ship movement only a small river port.
