I just started working at Disney in March of 1994 as an artist in consumer products division...2 weeks later, Disney president Frank Wells passed away...they needed me to work on Lion King artwork..I was shaking knowing this film was gonna be huge in a few weeks..I had to assemble the artwork for Sotheby's Auction Animation Art...so, I had to be delicate in my white gloves handling original backgrounds and special made cels...fun days...
Jeffery Katzenberg loved animation so much that when he left Disney he founded his own animation studio with Steven Spielberg and David Geffen you’ve probably you’ve probably heard of the animation studio he founded it’s a little studio called DreamWorks

Live action sucks, but the original is always gonna be better…
