@@nlinlin3089Theres a few mods made by Maxwelt. If you search RV Interior you should find it. It supports Vanilla vans and trucks, as well as the RVs he made. Have fun!
I recommend turning on the option to pan the camera forward as you're driving, and as for the weird almost bite at 16:38 and 25:10, Project Zomboid does actually figure for having the car door opened/closed even if there's no animation for it. When you come in, you need to give it a second for the door to close-doing anything like immediately pressing on the gas can interrupt this and leave the door open for attacks
I absolutely love your content, one tip though. When the zombies bite you through the door, that’s because you didn’t close the door. Basically, if you start the car and move, your character doesn’t have enough time to close it, don’t worry though, the animations for the doors are coming in build 42 (the next update).
YES, RV Interior is such a good mod, it was the first one I did a modded playthrough of and I got so excided when I saw that thumbnail, you're doing great Kevin, we aren't getting bored of zomboid videos so I hope you aren't getting bored of making them.
also, the zomboids cannot follow you into your rv as it tp's you to off the map. however if your in the middle of being chased the mod will not let you enter unless you change that in sandbox settings.
Now that would be a pretty sweet setup. The large flatbed truck pulling the camper with the motor scooter on the flatbed so you can take it down and use it to go around. All you need is to put a push bar on the front of the truck so it knocks down the zombies so you can run them over not damaging the vehicle
Oh thank god, I'm not the only one whose brain got utterly rotted by Breaking Bad to the point where any time I see an RV, my brain immediately devolves into a string of _"JESSE! WE NEED TO COOK, JESSE!"_
So I watch your Project Zomboid playlist on repeat to sleep to. When I opened that bad boy up last night and saw a "hidden" unavailable video, I knew a new addition to my sleep playlist was incoming 😂 I can't wait to dig into this one, they're always great!
I opened Helldivers 2 at the same time as watching and the opening cinematic with its epic propaganda music started just as Kevin entered the RV. It fit so perfectly.

I have WAY too many hours in PZ because at 1:06 I recognised the Barg-N-Clothes store (I once found leather trousers there!) and I knew that the best start would be turn left on the highway and head for the industrial estate outside Westpoint, you'll find every tool and weapon you need plus a high chance of a generator, then into town for the Gigamart, Twiggy's bar and a Gun store. Food, water, tools, weapons, cigarettes and alcohol - Day 1 Sorted! My RV life is in a Franklin 250 Ambulance towing an iLYA Explorer caravan. The Franklin is a beast - 540 Horsepower, tiny turning circle, lights and sirens for herding the Zeds, they both have cabin space with working water supply and combined you get plenty of space with excellent handling and off-road power!
Tips for living in a tv in PZ 1: be careful hitting zomboids it can damage your vehicle and then it won’t work 2: guns work well in bad situations if your stuck and your out of fuel or you don’t want to damage your rv anymore then you have shoot em with guns 3: only store the thing you need in your rv every thing else can be left behind without you 4:don’t be a hero don’t think you can kill a horde you will die unless your geared enough run over zomboids or avoid them. The second RV looks like the table and chairs can be made into a lumpy bed. One of the tent trailers my family had those convertible table chairs set up. The back rest part has poles on the bottom that you put the seat cushions on. That closes the gap in the middle.
You'd think it'd be tense and anxiety inducing because... Well, it's project zomboid. But Kevin makes it soothing like I'm being told a cozy story with the occasional unhinged comments
"Too many" is a term that has never crossed my mind after my first playthough. I got caught at the military entrance of Louisville during the helicopter event and had to kill hundreds of zombies. By the end I had dropped all my gear, broken all my weapons, and took 40 stomps to kill one zombie at a time before resting in an open field
What's really awesome is when you break out into RV-space, and then you can build an RV that's even bigger on the inside, or use it to enter other RVs and traverse the map that way.
Kevin’s videos are what finally pushed me to download PZ. I’ll be honest, I’m not the greatest at fighter games, I rarely last longer than a week, but it’s a lot of fun to mod, and there’s even sandbox settings to get rid of zombies entirely and fully embrace my existence as a loot goblin lol. Definitely a fun game both solo and MP!
This couldn't have come at a more perfect time. I was literally going back through the older PZ videos wondering when there would be a next one. Thanks Kevin!
Just so you know Kevin, even with Sunday Driver if you use the cruise controls in a vehicle (press V in the car to bring up the hud but its usually in the bottom left) you can go as fast as you want !
Funny that you mention being in a thunderstorm in that particular warehouse. In one of my favorite Zomboid experiences, I had a playthrough where I had a full on squall/pea soup level fog in the middle of the night right after nearly dying to a massive horde at the factory nearby when I totaled the car I'd driven there in. That was the warehouse that I managed to escape to after walking wounded through the forest for what felt like an hour real-time. I managed to sleep out the storm and find a car in the morning, and went on to survive several more months. Good times.
So, this raises the question: Is there a trailer for the sailboat that you could use an appropriate launch point to bring the boat in and out of the water? I can imagine some interesting waterside farm setups you could do with that.
I never got the boat mod to work properly- OR, there's just a conflict between it and my other 100 or so mods lol. The option to destroy things, with the sledgehammer, disappeared with the boat mod. It was also not optimized, sound wise, and was annoyingly loud.
There's a smaller vehicle mod for Motorcycles, Fourwheelers and Jetskis as well that comes w/ trailers, but I've yet to even find a Jetski yet to know if they even work.
Really fun video!! Just two things! If you leave your vehicule's engine on, that will lure zeds into it And also, when you enter, make sure the windows are close and so it's the door. If not, they can easily attack you from outside! They usually need to break the window or door first!
Seeing Kevin perform sort of good in PZ. Is honestly surprising as Project zomboid demands some intelligence to play. (And survive) So good on you Kevin!
Fun fact: Most vehicles just use the heat from the engine to heat the cab. It doesn't typically take extra fuel to run, unlike the A/C in some vehicles. Even with A/C, many newer vehicles have gotten more efficient with fuel useage and running the A/C. It's usually the older cars that used a noticeable amount of gas for air conditioning, lol. Given this, if you ever have a car that's overheating and you absolutely can't stop and shut it off for some reason (which you should ALWAYS do whenever possible to prevent engine warping and other issues), turn the heat all the way up to alleviate some of the strain. You'll still need to pull over and shut off the car immediately as soon as possible, but this could help with some of the heat being retained. I'm just throwing that out there, lol. I heard Kevin talk about using fuel for heating, and though I'm not sure if PZ uses extra fuel for the heat (I can see why they would), in the real world, it's typically a non-issue. Note: vehicles can vary widely, so that's why I use words like "typically." What I've said is true for many passenger vehicles. I used to work mainly on imports, but I have fixed up domestics, as well. I actually didn't even have a heater unit in my Chevy Tracker (long story), so I didn't have heat in that car. :) Edit: fixed typos
I have been longing for another Project zomboid video!!! And a tip for any player who wants to know: there's a setting if you choose sandbox mode and go to the map/world section where you can make it so that you know the entire map at startup!
Love that at the start of every zomboid video Kevin has to tell us how much he likes the game and adopts the body language of like a little girl twisting her toe when asking for something
You've probably learned by now, but if you haven't or if there's anyone new passing by that doesn't know, if you press shift w or s, you can set cruise control on your vehicles, tap brake to turn off while driving, press those button combinations again to use cruise again. You don't need Sunday driver to go slow. Only time I use manual speed control is in tight spaces. Hope this helps.
ive been LOVING these PZ videos! it’s one of my favorite games and it’s super fun watching you play. i especially adore the farming series on your second channel.
Fallout and Projrect Zomboid might seem like completely different game series, however in both games you can drink from the toilet to nourish your thirst.
using the Car Door Open Indicator mod would prevent incidents like 16:39 where the door didn't close properly - there are no animations, but the doors do have "open" and "closed" states. you can also hear individual sounds for the door opening and closing; a little bit confusing, but sometimes helpful to put things on seats without getting into cars (they can be opened via the radial menu, but not closed while in the car...) hopefully build 42 addresses this problem without the need of mods
Project zomboid is together with GTA (with mods) Skyrim and Fallout (with mods) and Minecraft by far my favorite type of CMK video! Absolutely love these. ❤
Kevin nice video!! some tips, RVs in the game have a trunk too, first time I use them I didn't find it till later and I don't know if you know, so I wanted to tell you cause is useful. Also, some RVs have a fridge and some shelves accessible when you get on the back seats and use C for the tv and fridge or hover over the right inventory for the shelves. You can use those for even more storing because they're different than the ones on the inside. I can't wait to see more of the series!
I love the detail to accuracy in this game, like that RV is most certainly a late 80s Ford f350 camper and they don't even have to tell you by naming it something like "Bord" or Flord" to disguise it 0:44 and thats some little amc gremlin or something
Been waiting for another Zomboid video 👏🏻👏🏻 literally the best thing to watch before bedtime. I’m getting you those watch times playaaaa so don’t complain 💁🏻♂️
I always love these project zomboid vids when I play this game I always die within 10 min so it is always fun watching someone survive more than me. Edit: is the Ice cream still on the microwave?
Love your videos!! There's another mod for a double decker bus which is amazing. I just took out all but 3 seats (can't be removed) and I put my bedroom and kitchen upstairs and more storage than I have any right to fill on the lower level (as well as a library and the work bench from the workshop mod) The RV interior mod teleports you off map. If you open your map, while inside, then click character, your map location jumps to the edge of the map. I've had zeds show up for me a few times (with the mod that shows zed locations), but I generally consider it safe to sleep inside. BUT, you could wake up swarmed if a horde moved through while you were sleeping. If the trunks of some vehicles are unlocked, you can also go inside of them with the RV mod (I think- maybe another was needed?) But be careful, I've had zeds spawn inside of RV's, vehicles and boats. Oh yeah- the double decker bus mod is a bit OP. It has a hidden generator that never breaks and never needs fuel 🥰
Thanks for all the love everyone, I have such a fun time making these Project Zomboid videos! Have a good one✌

using the Car Door Open Indicator mod would prevent incidents like 16:39 where the door didn't close properly - there are no animations, but the doors do have "open" and "closed" states. you can also hear individual sounds for the door opening and closing; a little bit confusing, but sometimes helpful to put things on seats without getting into cars (they can be opened via the radial menu, but not closed while in the car...)
hopefully build 42 addresses this problem without the need of mods
I love your Project Zomboid and Sims videos. If only there was a way to combine the two....
Project zomboid is together with GTA (with mods) Skyrim and Fallout (with mods) and Minecraft by far my favorite type of CMK video! Absolutely love these. ❤
I was waiting for him to do an RV playthrough!
Rv would literally be perfect in a zombie apocalypse. Well unless you are me and just want to be in the middle of a forest in a small cabin
Watching Kevin play this game made me buy it. I’ve never been someone who enjoys punishing games, but I ADORE this game already!
I can't wait to see more of the series!
thank you for today's upload, and have a great night kevin ❤️ xoxo
24:13 it was raining zombies ig
Had no idea they had RVs and I LOVE your project zomboid videos! 😊
I think they don’t have interiors in the base game
I love the detail to accuracy in this game, like that RV is most certainly a late 80s Ford f350 camper and they don't even have to tell you by naming it something like "Bord" or Flord" to disguise it
0:44 and thats some little amc gremlin or something
Been waiting for another Zomboid video 👏🏻👏🏻 literally the best thing to watch before bedtime. I’m getting you those watch times playaaaa so don’t complain 💁🏻♂️
I do have complains about the ammount of zombies in the middle of nowhere for no reason at all in this game
I always love these project zomboid vids when I play this game I always die within 10 min so it is always fun watching someone survive more than me.
Edit: is the Ice cream still on the microwave?
Love watching him run everywhere pulling every zombie in sight and exhausted noodle-arming zombies to his death
Yes!!! Always a good day when there is a new Project Zomboid video.
I just spent 30 days living in a 28ft RV. This was my exact experience.
I can't believe you contemplated cheating on the RV. You said you weren't but you checked if it had gas. Shame on you.
0:32 Kevin rhymed without knowing
Kevin, I love your content, but its pretty disrespectful to claim NOT Kevin's channel as your own. He does great work and would not appreciate it
I know this type of talk is rude dare I say incredibly shocking from Kevin
Love your videos!!
There's another mod for a double decker bus which is amazing. I just took out all but 3 seats (can't be removed) and I put my bedroom and kitchen upstairs and more storage than I have any right to fill on the lower level (as well as a library and the work bench from the workshop mod)
The RV interior mod teleports you off map.
As soon as u said Randy Vant I thought of Ronnie Van Zant he kinda looks like him too lol
id love to see kevin playing this game living on a boat and sneaking into the cities to get supplies then sailing on elsewhere
