What are advised RPMs? Is it ok to use Bosch GPO 14 CE for this (750-3000 RPMs)?

Yes 100% start slow and the first 2 coats TRT not to get all the swirls work. For the final coat turn up the speed just a touch

Usually start at about 600 rpms which is the lowest speed on a Makita. Then as it dries you would speed up to about 900 rpms, #2 on the Makita. Some even go a littler higher, but should need to do that too much. The Bosch should work but you might have to keep it at 750 rpm. Slower is usually better.
