That sounds so frustrating! If you have tried to refresh your earnings and nothing is showing, I would advise that you post your issue in the Helium Discord. The help there is really helpful.
This migration has introduced lots of frustration for some. If you aren’t seeing the miner in the “collectibles” tab (remember to refresh by pulling down on the screen) then I would post this issue in the Helium Discord to have the dev team help you
Thanks for the video, I wish I had seen this earlier! I mistakenly sent my helium hotspot to my Solana wallet on Binance exchange, do you perhaps know if there is a way that I can retrieve it from there?
Great video! I jus tmoved to a new place and I can't seem to be able to pair the hotspot to update the wifi. I did assert the new location, paid the DC for it, but I can't find anywhere the option to pair the hotspot. it was quite easy in the purple HNT app. Now I'm using nebra's app and I try to go for "update wifi" but it scans forever and doesn't find anything. Would you happen to know how can I get this fixed? Thank you in advance!

What do i do if the owner transferred it to wrong address that i gave them? I mistakenly gave them my Coinbase Solana Wallet and not the Helium app Solana Wallet

hello, I changed my router and now I have new wifi, unfortunately my helium hotspot isn't working at all. it shows green but not collecting any rewards. I unplugged it and pressed and held the small button to pair it , but it always shows error. it's like my hotspot isn't connecting via bluetooth. any suggestions? thx

so I have sent a hotspot to someone else but it won't show up on their wallet. when I check my history of transactions I can see that it says 1 hotspot minted. What does that mean? Also when I am checking on hotspotty I can see a completely random wallet address not the wallet that I used to send the hotspot to. There is no other hotspots on that random wallet except the hotspot I transferred. When I check that random wallet on Solana explorer it says áccount does not exist'. Wtf does that mean? How is this even possible
Please reach out to the Helium Discord for this issue so they can help this specific issue. I have not had any issue transferring a hotspot or having it show up correctly in my Helium Wallet. There are known bugs/issues with the Helium Wallet right now.
You will need to download the new Helium Wallet and import your private Seed Phrase from your old Helium Wallet. This will take care of everything for you.
Can you open your Helium Wallet, select the "diamond" icon at the bottom of the screen (this should show your helium miners), and then refresh this page by grabbing the middle of your phone screen and then pulling down. You should see an animated refresh icon near the top of your phone screen. It should only take a few seconds and then it will update your IOT rewards. There are some bugs so it is difficult to determine the total profit right now based on a month, etc. but supposedly that fix is in the works.
@@jerklobster7460 The Helium addres is your old Helium address on the old Helium block chain. This is if you want to look at the history of your miner. The Solana Address is your new Helium Address and what you will use for EVERYTHING going forward.
I asserted it in the new location after it was transferred to my wallet and set it up there normally. However it’s not showing up as being in that new spot yet on the maps.

Can you transfer your miners from the helium wallet (which is rubbish) to a solflare wallet, and collect mining rewards in that? Or do they need to be in the helium wallet to collect rewards?

Can you type in your hotspots ip address and see what the status is?
It shows none under ip address
