That sounds really light... not doubting you just sounds crazy light... i have a john deere gt 275 about 550lbs and a cub that weighs a little over 700lbs and my favorite is my mtd995 and it weighs about 900-1000lbs without the 250lb deck. Im really interested in getting into tractor pulls, our local fair has them all. Just have no idea where to start . Great break down video 👍🏻
I wanna pick up a tractor and do a build myself, watching the pulls here on youtube they are awesome and the tractors are pretty wicked, my only thing is I don't know what I can/can't do as far as the engine build and I'm not to sure of where there would be any pulls near me, I live in Ontario canada as well and so far the pulling events I've found are quite a drive from my location.
Our league is also in Ontario Canada Some of our events are a long way from my hometown as well but it’s totally worth the drive. Check out www.stoneboatpullers.com. All our upcoming events are on there

this is the first video I've seen of yours so I may find out more when I watch other videos but I have a few questions? Where are you located that you have pulls every weekend? I'm interested in getting started with something like this for my son and daughter. This was pretty neat to see. I'd like to start with a stock class like this and then if the kids are interested move up from there with more modifications. I haven't seen any garden tractor pulls locally to me though. I wonder how hard it would be to get something started here. Thanks

Yes there are lots of adults in the stock classes
There’s a 1000lb and a 1250lb stock class mostly adults in it.
