Thank you Yan for showing us the real China. I’m always touched by the spirit of this land and its people. Your new episodes are the highlight of my Saturday morning here in Australia. You’re a lonesome traveler, but we’re with you here ❤
This is China that not many people get to see or even know about. China should make you a tourist ambassador for all the good work you are doing to promote the country. Keep up the good work. From Western Australia.
Yan is literally the bravest person I know 😄 I think the barber was nervous, but in the end he did a good job. You were right to haggle with him, since his price is on the sign 😂😂❤ It almost moved me to tears seeing the pride of the woman who makes those beautiful shoes. Life is about things like that, making something with one’s hands, and being proud of it. ❤
That kind of embrodery was all over China in the past with diffrent style in diffrent zones. But now it is almost gone away and replaced by morden products.
@@pbrlpgu5601 Unfortunately the chinese people when they know how to appreciate their handmade products and they will be able to see values and this will extinct in a few years where no one know how to make it...Somebody need to suggest to those Han chinese who are wearing traditional Hanfu costume that this shoes will match their costume...
Yan, this one was so much fun! Loved your bargaining with the mobile barber, the whole interaction between you, him and his buddies, and he did a good job to boot (was a little concerned at first 😄). The sweet potato noodles, the street “medical” treatment of your back, the woman with her beautiful shoes, people gathered in the park playing cards… Chinese people really seem so industrious, hard-working, and super friendly. And thank you for treating us to yet another magical place - that lake!
Love the authenticity of your video. You were very compassionate trying to help the local people on your travel by buying stuff/Service from thêm. I am almost in tears to see how hard working of the barber, the lady who sells shoes, and the other families who sell tangerines, sweet potatoes, etc...Thank you 🥰
She's amazing, she can even ride a motorcycle by herself. Thank you for showcasing the interesting and joyful lifestyles as well as the beautiful landscapes from various parts of China.
Your haircut is perfect, I love it. Once again your drone footage is absolutely breathtaking! Quite often I find myself saying "That's it! Lets sell everything we own and go!"
Little Chinese, You are a Brave girl. Liked & appreciated your vlog with music. Keep it up. Have a long life with sound health. Keep smiling. An aged well-wisher
I was in Panyu (near Guangzhou) one time and needed a haircut, since I was at the local street market and there was a barber there, I got a haircut also. When I got back to the house my (Chinese) wife tells me it is funny to see a chinese haircut on a guaylo. She got a good laugh out of it. I love how you interact with the locals, and admire your courage in traveling on your motorcycle by yourself. Be thankful that you live in China, most places that would not be possible. Thank you for your uplifting videos.
🤔1) Where r all the leaves on the mango trees?😄 2) Those young old ladies playing cards & sitting on stools....no back aches when getting up! Impressive!🤣 BTW nice hair cut...looks younger now🤩!!! Tks for bringing me along on Unseen China!🙏
Hi Yan…it’s me from Europe again. Always looking forward to your posts. Today’s video is so interesting and it also reminds me a bit of small town life when I was growing up. Thanks. The barber did a nice job.
Wow China just leaves me speechless. Just gorgeous. Your drone shots are fantastic!! Love the village people. Thank you for your videos. You make my day. Sending love from Australia!💚
Hey Yan 姐姐! Me and my partner down here in 巴西 really love your videos! Your adventures and interactions with the local people are super lovely! Thank you for taking us with you through stunning China! Take care! 拜拜 ❤
Nothing venture, nothing gain. Thanks for sharing your exploration to the unseen nooks & crannies of China and mingling around with the local residents to give a humane touch to your video documentaries. Keep it up & 加油 ❤!
Ah, getting a haircut. You did well to find someone who did a very good job. Very tidy and pretty! It reminded me of when I went to a barber in Turkey. I thought it would be 20 minutes, maximum. I was there for 2 hours. It included my nose and ear hair as well as body hair being trimmed!! Not forgetting an upper body massage! Price started at £5 and ended up being £20. My friends got tired of waiting. To me, it only seemed a short time!! I never allowed myself to be tricked like that again!! Thank you for reminding me of that experience, I smile about it now. So much wonderful choice of food and fruit with such a cheap price. And they obviously still make a decent living. Those shoes were so beautiful. 1 month to make them, such an incredible skill. Sad to hear that there is no one else learning how to take on the craft. The lake was certainly worth the visit. Your drone video was perfect, as always and a joy to experience. Thank you again for another wonderful bike adventure Yan!!
I can understand why it was important for you to pass your motor cycle test. Having your own motorcycle has make your traveling so much easier, in terms of making choices about where you can go, and planning future journies. I find the way you capture the street life and communicate with the local people makes your style of video journalism quite unique, and of course very interesting. Another enjoyable chapter, thank you.
Yan, So Brave!!! LOL. my Fujian Wife said to me when she cuts my hair, "LOOK AT Yan, she does not complain as much as you do.". yan, ,it made us both giggle. Thank you dear for this. Be well to hubby too and your ventures.
I look forward to Saturdays to watch your videos! I love that not only do you show the landscape, you show the people that live there and what local life is like. The people were so lovely and the lake was scenic, another lovely video!
It is so nice to go back to the real China. I taught English there for 4 years in different cities and really miss going to the little villages and the markets. Just loved this video. Thank you.
Such a delight Yan, especially negotiating the haircut price! Very enjoyable energy, I must say, it would be quite a surprise to many, around the world. Beautiful just.......
I don't like the fact she negotiated the haircut price. The guy is disabled, making a living on the street. Yan gets paid a lot for her videos. She bargained the price down by 2 RMB. That's 30 cents. 30 cents is nothing to Yan, but it's something to a disabled person. Not cool for Yan to do that.
The reason why the barber is asking a higher price is, I guess, because he is worried that he cannot handle women's hair, or because he thinks that cutting women's hair may be more tedious and require more work. The Chinese government will provide welfare for people with disabilities, depending on their situation, but it will definitely ensure that they have basic living conditions, such as housing and sufficient food. So, I think it's normal for video anchors to engage in bargaining. Perhaps she just feels unreasonable about being treated differently, not because the price is too expensive.
Beautiful as always... when that lovely chap was cutting your hair, I couldn't watch! you were wonderfully trusting... And again, thank you for sharing your intrepid travels!
Powdered iguana and eye of newt together with cupping!!! I want that old guy to cut my hair too. Little Chinese Everywhere is the best video series from China on TH-cam with her amazing drone shots. Q - Does China have sweet corn?
Seeing the lake with drone & music was magical for me. I like this cupping stuff though maybe not the needle part. Thank you for taking us along on these adventures. Even getting a haircut prompted discussion & some moments of hilarity.
This is a fun video to watch. We really enjoy how you interact with everyone.
