Washed the grains clean and filled the pot with water to the correct level. I used firewood for cooking at that time. Cooking started.Quess what happen then... Some burning came out from the pot.Oh! No! The rice at the bottom turned black and strong smell of burning.. This is a true story!. I was learning how to cook rice at that time. How they could come up with a special food recipe and maintain such texture on the grain. How do those big mill mechanisms or moving parts come to existence . Using water flowing pressure to drive the mill assembly and on the far end a hammer like structure to pound the grains. Pounding continuously on the grains to produce a better and firm texture.
