....I met my husband in Pakistan, similar story. My husband was too shy to talk to me. We would always look at one another but neither of us plucked up the courage to talk properly about our feelings. when i returned to the uk he expressed his feelings in a love letter. 2 years later after alot of ups and downs with families we were married Alhamdulillah and are blessed with 2 beautiful boys Ma shaa Allah.

I had the similar but in USA.
I used to live in Virginia and my wife mother and elder sister was my friends, they both invited me and my brother to to her brother wedding in 2002 March, in Phoenix ( now we both see there was sign that I try few steps, but no one noticed and it was in front of all family members).
After returning from Phoenix to Virginia, My mom ask did u like any girl I said no.
Then she said how about her, then I said I need some time to think.
After 2 months I said yes.
