Did you have lunches provided by the huts or given food to carry for lunches. Also would it be easy to purchase snacks along the way in towns instead of bringing from home. I am going this year with Vagabond.
It depended on the huts. Typically we would eat dinner, then breakfast at whatever hut we were staying in. We would pack lunch either from the hut, or would pack food that was purchased locally. Most lunches were somewhere along the trail. We did pack some jerky and snacks. We packed extra due to food allergies in my son. There is a fair amount of availability to purchase snacks. It really depends on your preference and how much snacking you do.
