Is it suddenly missing or you not unlock moca character yet? If suddenly missing it probably because of bug. If not unlock yet, you should get newspaper about moca and it will for sure unlock the character.

You have to wait untill 11am to 2pm she will visit yori shop
I unlocked rosemary but she hasn’t been coming around anymore there are no plants to buy and rosemary is rarely seen through the weeks
100% bug, just be patience and wait for the next update. What I could say about this game is its still in beta.
