Thank for posting this! My son and I were there that day watching him practice. It was the most incredible display of short game I’ve seen. The best part was there was only a few of us watching because that practice area is kinda hidden and it was on a Monday. The most impressive thing is on the 18:00 minute mark. My son and I were right behind him. Tiger started hitting a draw pitch that would spin left when it landed and he would switch to a cut pitch and the ball would spin right when it landed. We were in awe.
Yea he has the best tool bag of different shots and his short game is just incredible. But this is a good representation of hard work and practice, almost anyone can master something if you put in the time. He has definitely put in the time also need a bit of luck in golf.
Watching tiger woods hit bunker shots reminds me of watching Eric Clapton play guitar, or Tony Gwynn taking batting practice, just true masters at their craft, and you can learn so much from watching them. It's a joy watching someone do something so perfectly
Tiger has played ever. But without your posting we can not know why he is so good.Last night I knew more of something golf than I thought. Thank you for your posting of good quality.
So much to learn from those bunker shots. Notice how he finishes his swing right up and round? That's the key right there in bunkers. Then you;ll be accelerating into the ball...The day I started focusing on my finish, every ball started getting out.
I could literally watch this all day long. The creativity in the way he's trying to change sidespin around the green is amazing. It makes me laugh because I play shots very similar to him, but some of the lower draw ones he hits are just beyond anything I've ever seen or tried. Definitely want to go practice that now lol
The chip shots I can do, fade, draw, but those bunker shots.....mine are so sporadic. Not nearly as good grouping on those in my game. Good to know I'm up there regarding chips/runs
Tiger Woods how I play golf, a gift to me from my children after starting up this golfing game at 46, although twenty year Tigers age I practise as he showed in the book and soon won open competitions. More followed at senior level and I was given the name Bengal “ White Tiger” this was given via playing competitors with darker skin, so please take no offence, none I’m sure was is intended. All my equipment still have the name inscribed and I have a tiger teddy strapped to my bag, two beautiful Jamaican lovers, also in their sixties stopped to chat about such matters, so many thanks Mr Woods and get well soon, and to all that helped with my golfing enjoyment 🏌🏿♂️✌️🍻
Golf is not about long distace as most think this days. Its about clubface controll and as long tiger plays golf...he will be nr 1. Pray for tigers comeback...he done it before when others did not think it was possible🙂 Go tiger...im waiting for your comeback and I no its comming!
If your score is over 100 and want to improve your approach shots in one week, try the baseball grip for your wedges. No left thumb on the club will make you stop hitting the ground instantaneously. It is because your right hand will be more in control of the club. I know nobody has the time and money to practice like Tiger. Try it at home. You will notice how easy it becomes.
The most interesting thing I noticed is the couple of rehearsal swings in the bunker. He unhinges his wrist and does an early flip. Looks like a bad amateurs early release in a normal full swing. But he’s just trying to have the clubface as wide open as possible so he exaggerates that move in his rehearsal swing.
Tells you how MUCH he is REALLY using his RIGHT hand, especially EFFECTING how the bounce gets into the sand, ALMOST OPPOSITE of what is taught!! There are a LOT of shots in this video, where if YOU TAKE THE TIME, you will see a VERY dominant use of his RIGHT hand, NOT his LEFT HAND being BOWED at IMPACT!
To all you mid handicappers out there watching...notice how open his club face is on those bunker shots is and how full his swing. When you can get comfortable at opening up a 60° and taking a full swing from a greenside bunker, then you'll not be afraid of those bunker shots any more. If you aren't taking out divots like a backhoe from a greenside bunker, then you aren't swinging hard enough, or hitting enough sand. Lol
Take NOTE GOLFERS!!! He's working on his chipping and pitching and the sand bunker... this is the only area at the golf course that's free to practice.. But everybody want to PAY $5/$10 go to the driving range get a bag of balls and see how far they can hit it!!! WORK ON YOUR SHORT GAME!!! IT'S FREE⛳
@@Toniitony Contrarily, I have seen people waste hours a week on the range and not lower their scores one bit. I personally do all of my practice on the course, but I think there is a happy medium, and it doesn't hurt that I'm able to play for free.
TIGER ELDRICK WOODS , I am not a fan of yours however what you said demonstrated with that American basketball I think player made a lot of sense to me . As such I too am trying to play as you suggest, at the moment not seeing the results come in but hopefully next year they will . I am different to you in that your a great singles player not so good in pairs , myself I'm not so good in singles but very good in pairs . MY FAVOURITE IDEA OF YOURS IS ( NEVER GO FOR THE PIN ) IT WORKS ESPECIALLY ON OUR COURSE IN UK , WE HAVE A GREEN WITH BUNKER LEFT SLOPE TO RIGHT THEN ANOTHER SLOPE THEN A BUNKER AT BOTTOM . MEMBERS CALL IT GREEN OF DEATH , IF lucky your ball stops on the top if not you have anything from 100 ft or less uphill ,it's not a fun green .
lol that guy in the background is going about his business like its just another day at the office, nevermind the fact that Tiger Woods is practising his short game next to him!

Lol..yeah, that $50k probably is just the starting , just intro no hitting 😂🍻
100s of millions of dollars, 15 majors, countless pga victories, best amateur record, and what is he doing.... working hard. Respect.
If this is working hard i want it

Interesting practice motion in the bunker 3:42 to avoid "Hands-Ahead Impact"
Tiger does whatever he wants with the club and the ball. An absolute master !
Mostly exhibition shots and array of difficult chips.. He is a master
動画有難うございます。
the absolute best footage of tiger chipping! thank you very much for posting this gem!

The GOAT at work. Crazy how anyone can be that good at anything.
Tiger winning a major and a few tournaments in 2020. Bank on it!!

How in Earth did you get this close to him?? You my friend were given a gift...thank you for sharing it with us.
Best tiger footage ive ever seen thanks
やはり何事も練習練習の大切さ
Think face was open on every shot ! Apart from when he sat them down in rough then he came steep and squared. Can learn a lot from this video
That's why he is the best in the game practice is the key on any SPORTS dedication and discipline ...!!!!

Thanks for posting this. Very nice
Notice how Woods weight appears to be on his left side, then moves his weight to his right side even on these chips and pitches. It helps his rhythm
It’s called a golf swing
Don't notice it just like nobody notices you in real life
Good eye
Tiger cipshot do not use full swing.
Robe swing use full swing mechanism .
Could watch this all day
Just loving watch this video over & over. This really gives more ideas on how to continue to improve.
Sooo satisfied me.. he mastered all-situations various lines by instinct. Just wish to be inside of his mind in this footage. 😋😇
That's only instinct through years of training and practice. It's a lot of knowledge and repetition.
This has to be the best instruction video on YT. Thank you for this material.
He’s so naturally badass. Smooth operator.
Those draw and cut pitch shots are so good.. I'd say 99.99% of golfers would be thinning and shanking hosel rockets into the fescue. So sick
this video just proves tiger is even better in the bunker than i am on the fairway/fringe
i like the way he flips the club before shooting from the bunker at min. 3.43
Future reference, if you jot it like this... 3:43... it allows the onlooker to click straight to it. 🍻
Makes the hardest shots in golf look effortless. These chips are insanely difficult and his consistency is astounding

Moral of the story, read Tiger's book, it will assist in scoring threesomes. 😉
Natural Ability folks and years of hard work.
I feel like he isn’t hitting them as good as I would’ve, thats how good it feels watching this video.
Here Tiger is proving that he really has many ways to hit certain shot. GOAT in my mind

Back in the day i watched gary player practice bunker shots. He made tiger look like a 16 handicap.
15:82 vs 9:24. Major:Total PGA wins. Tiger vs Player.
You know you're watching a pro when he's drawing and fading pitch shots. 18:29
No shit

Wow. Thank you for posting 🙏🏻
Magic hands when your shaping the ball chipping 😳
I am shocked that I may not be able to see the legendary Tiger play anymore.
I wish he will recover from his injury.
I dont see how but hay tiger its all been done ..
Phenomenal ball control!
After watching TIGER , I myself have learned I dont lay the club "open" enough in any shot around the green... Tiger does it every time.
i like how he doesnt practice the same shot twice in a row
This is like a meditation therapy
Thank you for sharing video. 👍👍
Just beautiful
I noticed he takes closed stance for getting more roll at pitch shot.
バンカーショットが凄

Not only open. The point is also he wants the feeling of the clubhead passing his hands. As opposed to forward shaft lean.
