    I've only carried Sebo for a couple of years. The few times I've needed Lenny's help ... this guy and his team are amazing! They treat their clients well, and they do right by their customers.

    Loved this interview with Lenny. Fantastic insight into the SEBO USA operations ❤️ Love SEBO and everything about the brand to its amazing vacuum cleaners, to its friendly customer service and aftercare support to its sense of being part of a family. So many more people are hearing and being interested in SEBO as Lenny says which is fantastic and all through word of month too ❤️
    My dream is to visit SEBO in Germany!

    Lenny is my number one contact person when repairing my customer's Sebo. Larry is very specific in describing why things work the way they do. So when I asked Lenny, why does this unit perform in such, such way, he able to explain way. There are always changes in manufacturing and so with Sebo product designs. Therefore, I'm able to better explain why their Sebo is performing the way it is.

    Excellent presentation and a good peek into Sebo USA ! Should you interview folks at SEGO again, it would be fun to learn, in brief, how they go about creating a new vacuum.

    This was a great video to watch!
    I've always liked Sebo vacuum cleaners, especially the D4 machine.
    However I've always wondered why they aren't available to purchase in the Iberian countries: Portgual and Spain. I would guess it's because of the name "Sebo" doesn't translate very well into Spanish.
    Oh well I could always just import one from Germany.

    I really enjoyed this interview. I always recommend Sebo vacuums when I am asked what the best brand of vacuum is, there are very few manufacturers today that are still making good quality vacuums that are designed to last many years. I think the Sebo Felix is the best upright vacuum on the market today, at the last vacuum collector's convention, we had a cleaning contest where each person could use a vacuum that they brought to clean a carpet, the vacuum that cleaned the most out of the carpet wins. Since the theme of this convention was canister vacuums, and since I'm a big central vacuum person, I brought one of my Drainvac power units. I have most of the common central vacuum power nozzles and when trying to decide which power nozzle to bring, my Sebo ET2 was the obvious choice, and it came through with flying colors. The Drainvac unit provides really good suction and airflow but you need a good power nozzle if you're going to clean a carpet well. The combination I brought tied for first place along with two Hoover canisters and I think the Sebo power nozzle was the main reason why I tied for first place.

    I'm really curious how that little dust mop sleeve works on the twist attachment sitting behind him. I've seen it online. Anyone have any experience with it?

    • @PerformanceReviews
      @PerformanceReviews  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It's a vacuum you don't need a microfiber attachment. A plain hard floor tool works great.

    That's interesting to hear about how the serial numbers are planned out. For example I have a G 4990 X7 Premium that I bought in early 2021. The only thing I have found it can't really handle is my friends' 14+ inch hair so now behind the premotor filter, I stash a utility knife. Dog hair, cat hair, cat litter, catnip, treats, chinchilla bedding, hay, chicken feathers, leaves, it handles it all. If I were to do it again, I would have gotten a D4 Premium, but I love how sturdy and easy to store the X7 is.

    • @sevendeadlychins
      @sevendeadlychins ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Is there a way to stash a tool like that on other models?

    • @MarcelloTheBandit
      @MarcelloTheBandit ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@sevendeadlychins I honestly just put it between the outer body of the machine and the premotor filter. It's small enough that the friction of the filter material itself holds it there without any pressure on the actual frame and sealing surface.

    What is the most powerful/best cleaning sebo vac?

  • @WakeUpAmerican000s
    @WakeUpAmerican000s ปีที่แล้ว +1

    We have a lot of carpet, and quite a bit of hardwood flooring and and upright vacuum is much preferable to us. We like the quality of Sebo, and would like to get a X4 or X5, with more bag capacity, HEPA filter, and power than the Felix, as well as the 'carry-along' attachments. But we won't purchase a vacuum where we cannot shut off the brush roller when cleaning our hardwood floors. I looked at adding my own switch to a X4 to accomplish this, but decided that I shouldn't have to given the cost of a good quality unit like this, not to mention, it would probably void the warranty.
    So I continue to use the Miele uprights - but Miele is phasing those out. So if Sebo doesn't add a brush switch, I'll be stuck with some cheap brand, or the much higher cost of multiple vacuums. A canister like the E3 is a non-starter for us as we really dislike the canister form factor.
    This is a informative video, and I sincerely hope there will be a brush off-on switch on Sebo uprights sometime in the not-to-distant future.

    • @PerformanceReviews
      @PerformanceReviews  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I would recommend you take a test drive at your local dealer. You might be surprised how a SEBO E3 drives. Also it has one of the larger motors of their lineup so you get the power for carpet cleaning. Hope that helps thanks for watching!

    • @blakaeg
      @blakaeg ปีที่แล้ว +1

      So don’t you know about SEBO Felix that actually has a brush off feature and is nicer to use in my opinion!!

    • @WakeUpAmerican000s
      @WakeUpAmerican000s ปีที่แล้ว

      @@blakaeg - Hi, yes, I have tried the Felix and it's pretty cool, but not as convenient given the need to swap heads when transitioning from carpet to hardwood. Also have some concern about reports about loss of suction as the bag fills up. And no easy way to carry a wand.
      But yeah...it would still be better than a cannister for us.
