Just a quick question: are the faction banners customizable? Like, the player faction? Edit: I saw the reveal trailer and can confirm that you can customize the player faction banners. It's pretty complex - Each city and village produces four types of resources - Coin, Food, Wood, and Metal. Depending on where they are located they produce more or less of each resource. For example, Falkreath produces more wood than Winterhold. Each city also needs a certain amount of food depending on their population. Before you conquer them, cities and villages trade with each other if they are in the same faction(Imperials or Stormcloaks). Once you conquer them, they will send any excess resources(what they produce minus what they consume) and you will need to export them to your other cities to ensure they are fed. You can also send out your armies to hunt for food if you are not producing enough but this has the negative effect of them not being able to be used to defend or attack cities. Each city or village can also be upgraded to produce more of each resource but their location also factors in to how much more they can produce.
When you think about it, Nazeem was always bootlicking Jarl Balgruuf and the other nobles of Whiterun. He could, lore and RP-wise, actually become a threat due to him brownnosing his way up the upper echilons of society. I mean, hell, he even ditches his wife for it, she even mentions it when she talks about her husband. All in all, an ambitious man, a potentionally dangerous man willing to sacrifice everything just to get a piece of the pie.

@@LuminousWhispers11 Possibly. They wouldnt know about the torture (there are torture devices in some of the town dungeons eg Solitude I think). Torture was also normal in this pseudo historical period. Additionally, slavery - I dont know what Skyrims politics are about that. But, you could sentence them to hard labor, become a ward of the state, or to become a 'thrall' - a real type of pseudo slave that vikings had. The word thrall is already used in the game.
@@umwha Actually in the Empire slavery is illegal. When it was made illegal the only place that had a problem with it was Morrowind and that changed over time. The biggest opponents were the Telvanni wizards because they need test subjects for their experiments. The word Thralls is commonly used by Vampires. During the game you never see a single slave. For the torture counter argument remember that just because they have torture equipment doesn't mean it is in high regard by the people. Hadvar in the beginning of the game states that he dislikes the room "The torture room. Gods, I wish we didn't need these..." and Ralof reaction implies surprise "Troll's blood! It's a torture room.". Both of them are Nords too. During the game you only see people in prisons and being executed.

can somebody pls tell me why the game is being stubborn and not letting me declare war, do i need a huger army or something? everytime i press send a message or i want to plan invasion the dialogue just dissapears

You need to declare war on Tullius or Ulfric if you want to invade their cities
