After conquering all of Skyrim, we finally convene the moot and get elected by the Jarls to become the new High King of Skyrim!

Conquest of Skyrim is a mod for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition and Anniversary Edition for both PC and Xbox One where the player will have an immersive experience with the choice of creating their own faction away from the Stormcloaks and Imperials in order to dominate Skyrim and making your mark on Tamriel. It gives the player a unique role-playing experience as they raise armies to conquer cities, forts, and villages and replace Jarls with their own choices in order to reach the ultimate goal of becoming the High King of Skyrim. Version 0.2 saw the expansion of managing cities and villages, dealing with crime, making sure they are loyal, holding court to solve their problems, hiring guards, squashing rebellions, and more! It's another way to beat Skyrim

As an opportunity to build better relations (Similar to that in Mount and blade).

sooo how do i get this, any time i ask my steward he says that their still one Jarl Missing, and then when i tell him do it anyway Nothing happens ?.
I have the mod to become high king downloaded on the PS4 but I don't know why but it doesn't work for me.

It doesn't work I tried and when I sat there nothing happened every city has a jarl except the capital city (me) it doesn't I sit there and everyone stares at me.

you need to capture mines and hides out then you can get mores armies :)

This mod is really awesome and looks like it's coming together nicely. Imo this will provide a nice and satisfying sort of endgame. As High King or Queen, will we have different duties than say as a Jarl? Also unrelated, will we be able to choose the race of our troops in the future? Would be nice if I could create an army of Orcs and take over Skyrim!

As jarl you can only manage the economy and make laws for that city or your faction, as king/queen you can make laws, military conscriptions, punishments, and manage the economy of the whole of Skyrim and your faction. In the next update you will be able to change your armies’ race

looks sick, this will need to made compatible with several mods altering the structures of the blue palace and the hall of kings.
How did you make other npc's jarls? it seems like that takes a massive amount of scripting to alter their daily rountines and dialouge did you manage to make this a part of the story or is it just a dialouge option that allows them to change their name and adds some lines for thsi cutscene?

wait i have a question, during the coronation i noticed a new banner bearer, what does this mean for the game; is there now standard bearers for my faction??
Not yet for your troops - the one you see was from a parade that I held prior to the coronation. I'll add army standard bearers in the next update.

For what its worth, this concept actually makes sense. Elisif and ulfric are nowhere close to being the ideal rulers in comparison to dragonborn. Everyone respects the dragonborn irrespective of whose side you are on in the civil war. Furthermore a dragonborn doesn’t need to rely on external forces to save his/her people and obviously even the thalmor wont be stupid enough to confront dragonborn directly. They took so much precautions against the empire and ulfric, against dragonborn they can’t even make a slightest mistake. Diplomatically as well, dragonborn was able to persuade both the opposing sides to maintain a temporary truce .Also not to forget that before the dragonborn’s intervention the war was at a stalemate.

This is a fantastic mod, and I can’t wait to see the finished product. I’m not sure if this is common, but the two most consistent issue I’ve had (on Xbox) is when i arrest an npc then tell my steward to bring them into the court, the steward talks to them but the npc I arrested doesn’t appear. The other one is when I try to recruit anymore army commanders after my first one, when I’ve conquered riften and upgraded my barracks to level 4, I tell them I want to recruit them as a commander but the dialogue ends after they ask me which army I want to assign them to. That one I think I may be missing something and please let me know if I am.
Update: Regarding the issue of being unable to recruit more army commanders, it clicked for me that I need to conquer hideouts outside of hold capitals in order to recruit more.
And also a suggestion, maybe add a fear system for darker play styles? Things like public executions and defeating rebellions add fear to your population and cancel out their need for food and such, while making them less likely to rebel.
Also, I’ve been having a hard time finding out how to produce food (other than sending armies out to hunt) and wood. I read on the nexus that food can be produced with farms, but upgrading them doesn’t seem to be doing anything, but I’m guessing that’s just because the feature isn’t on Xbox yet. Will it be coming soon?
Would any of this be affected by mods that change locations? Because vanilla Blue Palace is absolute pants and I would refuse to be king there.

Loving this mod but trying to get elected high king seems to be bugged. Court nominations me and winterhold votes for me but no one else speaks very annoying

How do you get elected
I see you don't respond to most of the comments, so I don't know if you'll see this, but I was wondering what your endgame plans are for the dialogue. Are you intending to get voice actors for the custom lines, or just stick with the AI generated lines? Because if the AI lines aren't just placeholders, and you intend those to stay, it's really immersion breaking.
But I was really impressed with the AI quality and how closely it matched the Bethesda voices. I'm assuming you trained the AI on all the vanilla lines from that voice actor, and then fed it the new lines? Because I was thinking, maybe it would be possible down the road to have voice actors do their best impression of the vanilla voices, and then use an AI to convert that to the vanilla voice, instead of just generating the entire line from text. That way the voice lines could still sound like the vanilla voice actors, but the inflection and pauses would be corrected, since a real human originally voiced it.

Steward Delacourt: It's all in this note.
*Steward Delacourt's Note **#584* - My Lord, it has finally begun! I imagine - as usual - that it'll be hard for me to speak these words, so I have written them down calmly on this note the night before the coronation (my apologies as usual, I just cannot seem to bring myself to actually speak the words while in your presence; you command such an aura that renders most people speechless or give half-bothered statements... *IF KILLED MIRMULNIR* that is probably what makes you a Dragonborn). The words I wish to speak are... thank you for recruiting a mere mortal such as myself to be your Steward and be the one to coronate you on this day! You are - *blah blah blah blah blah blah for 5 pages of notes* - and I believe Skyrim will truly proper under your rule! I will also be passing on hundreds of notes across the onlookers at the coronation to let them know the words I imagine I'd want to say at that time but cannot bring myself to say, so do not worry - all will know exactly what they should think and feel towards you during your coronation! I imagine they'll be acting somewhat similar to me, so the note mentions that if they cannot think of any way to express their profound love for you, they should just say in a semi-monotone manner:
"You've done well"

I got the update for v5 I'm playing on Xbox but I seem to be experiencing crashing when I ask the sec in command to hire soldiers for my first army... for example when I click to keep hiring troops rapidly

How are some of these people Jarls? Especially when in the game they don’t even reside in the areas they’re in charge of in this video.
Player choice, it the player who pick the Jarl, in my case i did ones from the area like The Graymane Smith for Whiterun or Ingun black brier for Riften.
@@CommanderM117 You appear to be confused. There are characters who aren’t meant to be Jarls regardless of the outcome from the Civil War.

@@CommanderM117 I had already figured that out some time ago. Although that could have been made clear by the TH-camr mentioning what mod allowed he used to do it.

the mod basicly has you being able to declare war on both side and take the Throne.
I would love this on the Bethesda mod menu for PC (I have had some unfortunate experiences with Nexus.)
I play on PC, and I have no idea how using a mod manager like Vortex or Mod Organizer 2 could provide a worse experience than Bethesda's own mod menu. Having things like LOOT integrated into the manager makes my life easier, for example.
@@PotatotheTroll I'm unfortunately the type of person that gets multiple mods at once, so I always end up getting carried away and getting mods that conflict, and by the time I realize there are issues, I have too many mods to try to figure out what's conflicting. 🤣
