But sir segment ka definition to yeh hota hai ki- The part of the circular region bounded by an arc and a chord , including the arc and the chord, is called a segment of the circle. par aap yaha to kuch aur hi prove kar rahe hai. Please make me understand sir

That is the definition of the segment of a circle......but once we talk about the segment of a line segment then it means the part of line segment.....I hope this helps 🙂
