This is so dope. Gotta give Capcom a lot of credit for recruiting truly respected lyricists over a raw and gritty beat, instead of making some commercial-sounding track to simply fit in. All the emcees killed it!

This track is amazing! I can't believe they got so many legends on a track at the same time!
This song works great because the artists aren't dumbed down by being restricted to trying to plug the merchandise every other bar like Snoop Dogg with Tekken Tag 2 for example. It's just them being themselves and while no one except Black Thought actually mentions Street Fighter when he closes out the song, it still works as a good song to get pumped to while hey rap about how they had to "fight" to get to where they are.

I wish people would stop sayin' 'prog metal' in reference to SF music. Ya'll don't know shit about shit. It's just some metal. Also this track is WAY better than I expected, and SF needs to do more stuff like this to bring a variety of folks into the community.

+Alfieri People are fickle is all. This is easily one of if not THE best rap done for a fighting game, ever. No cheesy references or lines trying to talk about the source material holding the song back. Just a couple of great artists doing what they do best and still coming through with a relatable song that still fits the tone of source material it was made for.

There's a whole bother world of good independent hip hop music like this. It's jus sad how the media and radio ppl wanna showcase such crap artists when these legends have all been making great music like this for over 20 years and hardly get any recognition. I like to call this style, alternative hip hop or underground

If you don't like Hip-Hop, you're not going to like this song. Just don't be an asshole and say "arrgh, this is craaap, stick to prog" (seeing as this song isn't in the game at all, then that issue ain't a thing), or "put X in SFV this is ass!" (because a song and music video ain't gonna have any impact in game development, unless the devs took their time to make this, which is doubtful.)

How long does it take to even find an opponent?
Tom Hawkins Not long at all for me. Longest I ever waited was, I am not sure but, maybe a tad over a couple mins, but usually it is around 30sec - 2min, maybe, I actually don't know cuz I haven't timed it cuz it doesn't seem long at all. I just stay in practice mode or do something on my laptop. I will say I don't feel comfortable leaving it on searching while going to the kitchen to get something real quick
I assume maybe you have longer waits? About how long is it for you, and what country do you live in if you don't mind me asking?
Also I am very surprised that my games with people in other countries,so far japan, brazil, and guyana, have been perfect quality.
Now, there have been a few stutters in the past, and I remember a couple laggy as hell matches within the past week, but considering the consistent connections, it may of been possible that it was something their side. (Never use wireless connection or have streams going on PLEASE! haha).
