    did I hear "oki-doki masu"? :D anyway, I just love these videos, though I can't understand anything but just looking at it is informative, and also listening to soft nice Japanese voice is so relaxing...

    She is a fifth generation member of a bonsai family. Bonsai was traditionally a male hobby and it still is. She wants to create a new style of bonsai that is more femine and more about small quite plants than about very old large trees. She calls it saika.

    最近非常に興味が出てきまして、近くの野で採取した木の芽などを鉢に植えて
    たのしんでいるビギナーです。 針金で整形されていましたが、形が固定したら、
    その針金は取り去るのですか。取り去るなら何ヶ月ほど後ですか。あるいは
    数週間でしょうか。ご教示ねがいます。
