Looks like a nice little crawler. Love the engine detail and interior. Looks like it would be pretty easy to add even more detail. Thanks for the review!
I think Francis might be a bit excited about this release, lol! RC4WD seems to have got it right - great looking rig (love the engine bay and paint!) and good performance on the trails 👍 Always leary about RC4WD, strange company because they are really hit or miss and often seem out of touch and prices are not always competitive. They are often overlooked, I think, but this one definitely should attract some positive attention.
You can make actual active chapters in your description that will have images and let the user jump to that section. -Always a great looking rig from RC4WD and a great overview from you! Cheers!🍻
All I'd do know is probably move the front axle ahead by 2mm. Then add brass rings to the wheels. Bitbull tires. I find scale truck move more realistic when they are heavier in the tires. Experiment a bit with inserts..
8:57 Hi Uncle Francis, can you tell me wich rc that has the least slope, please ? Because the slope is really annoying especially when i run with FOC on

This looks very good scale aesthetic
Hated tf2 until I drove one with twisted fabco leaf springs! Now I’m hooked and have one of my own my favorite rig now!
You make great videos. Seen all your videos before obtaining all rc machines. Was 9 years late to the crawling party.
Scale trucks are back baby! They’re so much fun to drive. I’ve had a gelande 2 for almost a decade now. Amazingly tough little trucks.
I'd say it's one of their best ones...
Definitely a 👍 from me
Thanks for the detailed review Francis! Finally hilux improvements it’s been a long time. 👍🏽👍🏽
Sweet looking rig! :)
Just wish they got period correct warm white leds. Nothing ruins that great scale look like those cheap, blue leds. 😅
I'd rather the bright lights on a night crawl then scale looks!
RC4WD / ELEMENT ENDURO / then the rest.............................. This is top tier!
Looks like a nice little crawler. Love the engine detail and interior. Looks like it would be pretty easy to add even more detail. Thanks for the review!
You're welcome. It really is a compelling package. My usual crew wants to buy it off me already since they know I have too many rc's.
@@RCReviewChannel I dunno... that one seems like a keeper!
i dont know if i would use it for crawling.. maybe a trail truck. The leaf springs are really stiff.. i got to play with one at the hobby store..
These are a nice upgrade. I hope the Marlin, Midnight edition, and quad cabs get the opening hood treatment.
I need a Trail Truck! Thank you Francis for this.

HG has to come back now with a further development of their bruiser clone that would be awesome
Top rig Brother!! Thatz a lot of cool 😎 It's a great looking adventure with a stunning car! 👏 🙏👏 🙏👏
My tf2 marlin has served me well for years but he's beat up this in blue is sooooo tempting 😊
The blue stuff you had in your hand are bed hooks, go on out side of bed tie downs
Very nice truck.
@15:37 The “blue thing” is the side tarp bed hooks on the sprue.😂
The blue parts are the for the truck bed (side anchors you just glue them in)👍🏽👍🏽

Price point seems a little high when comparing to a trx-4.
Nice truck , but the leaf under setup has to go! Back in 82 the leaf springs were correct.

Picked up the red.

Hey! If you had to pick one would you choose this, or the "RC4WD 1987 Toyota XtraCab RC Truck"?
It is a beautiful truck! but it needs more opening features, like the doors and tailgate!
Scale realism looks killer. Too bad it’s over 500. Shocks look bit too bouncy for me. I’d switch them out. Other than that looks great
It's a leaf sprung truck so, yeah, a bit bouncy. Nature of the beast!
$529 ouch!!
Video starts at 9:53
Does the kit for $399 come with the same upgrades?
I want to get an FPV camera set up for my crawlers...
How about wheelwells front
The hw1080 is so much quieter
Mold this in a ford. Will consider it. Axial shocks all fluid leaks out in 2 batteries.
I missed the price and where to get the 82'?
I dont know, but it does look a bit stiff?! But it isn a rtr if you dosn need to chance some stuff ;-)
good for c1 comp??
The body yes but that's about it haha
No wheelwells.
No Ford F-150
